The one with the picture that points out "Write protection enabled" and they think that means the bootloader is locked? I'm missing your point.
Me too, I can't flash different firmware original on it.
Can you help me?....unlock bootloader, or write protection: disable"not enable".
Can you help me????????????????????????????????????
S4 I9505X Live Demo Unit
Mine "live demo unit" has the same "write protection: enable" message but i can flash CF-Auto Root with Odin, no problems http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2219803
So can i flash custom ROM now on? Thanks.
I've searched and tried too many methods none of them worked.
I even broke my device (soft break) while I was trying to do a root using a method for SM-A800F model, and I had a really bad day.
I couldn't restore my device using stock rom it failed on writing boot.img step (using odin).
I had to extract boot.img from the stock firmware (using winrar) then creating a new boot.tar using this tool tar-Tool_Odin3-v3.07_by_mkh.mourad to fix the problem.
I've tried too many "one click root apps" for both PC and Android (king root, Frama, mobogenie, root genius, rootx, few more) also none of them worked.
any help would be great
Thanks
SOLVED
I managed to get my phone rooted by following the instructions on this reply

Download my file here for samsung galaxy a800i root <<DOWNLOAD>>, and make sure you are on 5.1.1, flash it on pda using odin. make sure you enable usb debugging and oem unlock option. Dont tick auto restart, Flash it and when it is done, hold power button to restart, then see the magic and press thanks button! give feedback either it is working or not. and if you want to donate me, please press the donation button. thank you.

I've got this response from RVR, But I'm not convinced that this solution will work, because the recovery is not for this device.
it's for Samsung Galaxy Alpha which has 5.0.2 android version, mine is 5.1.1.
I think he just opened androidfilehost forum and searched for A8 and got a file for wrong device:
androidfilehost.com/?w=search&s=A8
Here's the link ..
Select in the AP tab of odin
Uncheck the auto reboot button
flash
reboot straight into recovery
Try flashing the SuperSU zip .. : download.chainfire.eu/SuperSU
Keep Stock firmware handy to flash in case the zip flash fails

Hello dear friends!
The video below will show you a step-by-step tutorial on how to upgrade/update your Samsung Galaxy S6 | S6 Edge to Nougat 7.0.
CAUTION: If you decided to download stock rom from SamMobile than you have to follow the steps below.
1. Remove .md5 extension and keep it .tar (The stock rom)
2. Extract the file and find hidden.img
3. Add .tar after .img > hidden.img.tar
4. Now follow the video and that should work without any errors or DRK ;P
Check out this video if you wanna see benchmark of performance for Marshmallow 6.0.1 VS Nougat 7.0 on same device (so that we get efficient results).
Thanks!

If you check on the video description the files are already there so users don't have to make create new tar hidden file
I know what you mean that's why I made another video with full step-by-step also on how to make hidden.img.tar in case if they want to download different rom for their region compatibility - https://youtu.be/L1WR5Neqdh8

OK you have ways of possibly bypassing this issue.
One is to root the device. This will patch the boot.img and disable dm-verity.
Or use an eng boot.img.
