Guys, I'm in big doubt. I have an extended battery perfine of 10,000mh while I play the game performance is horrible, many crashes and freezes that irritates me a lot. When I use the regular battery I do not have any kind of problem with performance. My question is battery extended influence mobile performance? I noticed that when I zero the battery and charge again I have a good performance. My device: LGv20

now I know there are many software out there that measures battery life, but non of them works very well on wizard
so Im thinking about making a program that runs on background and quickly drain the battery
we can then time the battery drain and post it on xda developers to compair
this way we can have a good measurement of how healthy the battery really is, and can have a good measurement on how much battery does todays plug-in or oampclock really consume
OR if anyone knows a good way to measure battery life, please tell me.
I was doing a bit of light reading in relation to overclocking these units, a lot of complaints about increased battery usage. I was wondering is it likewise possible to underclock to improve battery? I only really use mine for the calander and phone functions, and would love longer battery life.
There are experiments done on some other phone ( Wizard, I think. Definately not an Atom) on underclocking. On the clock low enough to be functional, the improvements in battery life is too little to be significant

Cheers guys, I'll do some reading.
My phone has an autonomy less than 24 hours.
What is the best Rom,app or tips to increase the longevity of the battery?
this question is a bit too general, take a look in battery usage and see what is using your battery the most... this way we can see what the problem is and how to help
Since kitkat is giving me some battery draining problems whats the longest lasting battery out there and most reliable?
Hello there.
I'm looking for some opinions or reviews of custom ROMs and kernels.
I need best battery performance. But every time I try something new, the best I get is overnight battery drain (e.g.: I lose 20% of battery when sleeping).
I was using PixelExperience 11, which when I used greenify didn't have this overnight drain. Then I switched to A12 (ArrowOS) and here I am again.
I have 25% battery wear (real capacity around 3000 mAh), which is not great but performed good on PE11. My phone usually lasts one or two days of light use (Messenger, Discord, sometimes watching YT on 4G), which is not bad for two and half years old battery! But the overnight drain isn't good thing ...
I very doubt that every Mi 9T or Redmi K20 user has this poor battery performance - battery drain when not in use, on every custom ROM, so there must be some tweak (kernel?), ROM or something I don't know about. Or I am simply doing something wrong.
As I told you, I need best battery (and if it's possible, not MIUI). I'm currently on ArrowOS12 with InfinityBattery Kernel. ROMs, kernels suggestions? What's your battery performance? Do you have this drain too?
