Stuck on factory binary ROM - Samsung Galaxy S8 Questions and Answers

I then tried to flash the stock ROM G950FXXU2CRF7 with Odin but it doesn't do it. I've tried different Odin versions:

What firmware version are you trying to flash and what firmware version is the device currently on?
Sent from my Nexus 9 using XDA Free mobile app
The fail auth indicates that you are flashing a firmware with the bootloader at a lower version than the one on the phone. The bootloader just CANNOT be downgraded.
as jmjoyas mentioned, you cannot downgrade your phone, with (it appears to be so) the exception of a few versions. Several updates make a hardware change to the device by blowing qfuses.

What firmware are you trying to flash? Try your repair firmware (four .md5 and one .pit files). They should never fail.
