So I've picked up my bricked p10 lite for another battle after about 3 months of recovering after the last battle.
Status: When not connected to anything trying to boot up it shows a red lightning bolt with a circle around it and the LED blinks 3 times like if the battery was drained. Even though it was charging whole last night.
When connected to a PC
It first shows the lightning bolt mentioned above then Huawei Logo and after it, it boots into Error mode (attached Image)
Recovery doesn't work. Flashes the red Lightning bolt Then error mode
Can't boot into fastboot.
It isn't detected in adb (obviously) nor is it in fastboot cmd says (waiting for device)
If I put a SD card into it and create a folder called dload and put an update.app into it is there a chance it will fix it?
Please suggest anything. (But dc unlocker (doesn't work))

Hi i tried to flash a custom rom through twrp but it resulted in a bootloop.I managed to get into bootloader mode and flash my official system, recovery etc through fastboot. This resulted in another bootloop i was tired of strugling so i left the phone bootlooping. When i got back the battery was flat (still is)and i now i cant get into recovery, bootlaoder or huawei firwmare restore option. When device is plugged in the red LED flashes and phone loops and turns off afteer few min and shows red bolt with circle around it and repeats. Is my device screwed or fixable? The battery doesnt charge either.
Hi all,
I have been using my p9 lite for almost under a year. Last night I factory reseted my handset. After a successful restart and configuring all the initial settings the phone asked for a restart again but afterwards the phone couldn't boot up. Before the final restart the battery level was 55 Percent. Now the battery status shows zero. I left it charging overnight the battery status shows 100 percent but when I try to turn it on the service light blinks red few times and after a slight vibration the phone is unresponsive. Not even Huawei logo shows up after the vibration.
I cant even boot into recovery mode.
My Oem and bootloader is locked as I am on stock system.
I am able to get into fastboot but I think thats not helpful as the bootloader is locked.
The phone is single sim variant : VNS-L21
Updates: So, I went to Huawei Center, the phone is not in warranty anymore. I opened up the phone to try to remove the battery and reconnect and then boot into recovery mode but still no change in the situation.
Please help me out. Thanks
Hello.
I know that this problem is popular but still I can't run my phone.
Everything begins when I was trying to flash twrp and the QFIL crashes. The phone stayed at the EDL mode.
When I plug into charger the phone has blinking red light. When I unplug the charger and try to turn on the device, on the screen shows red empty battery icon and the red led blink once. It seems like the coolpad stayed at EDL mode and can't exit it.
I've tryed to flash rom by QFIL. The programm done everything, succes but the phone still blinking red led and can't turn on. Same with TWRP but not sure is it right versions of firmware and recovery (c103.india.mp.ZIXOSOP5801711191S.user_signed.formal.CPB and EUI_TWRP_6.0.1_V1_ADVANCED_CUOCO92).
Is it permanently deadphone?
Sorry for my english...
hey guys. have my redmi note 7 here with me
i successfuly installed the LOS 17 rom on it, through OrFox (after unsucessfully trying with with the unofficial TWRP, not following the developers advice!), but it had some bugs and i decided to try his previous LOS 16 rom
after wiping system, data, cache and dalvik partition i tried flashing the rom zip file - i got back and error and it didn't flash. i rebooted to recovery to retry flashing but got the same error
as has happened to me before in other devices, i suspected the file could be corrupted, since i had a very slow connection that day and paused the download 2 times, and also decided to download the correct firmware just to be sure, in order to flash the two
since i was waiting a lot for the download to finish, i left the phone overnight without a rom installed. i think i left it turned on recovery and so next day, when i pick it up it had no battery
i tried to boot it and got a "no battery" sign right after the splash screen. so i plugged it into the adapter.
as soon as it got plugged, the phone screen turn on with the splash screen and right after a "no battery" sign again. (i think think is normal and then you usually get the "charging battery" animation, after some seconds?)
but the then it just rebooted: splash screen again and the "no battery" sign once more. and then again...so it seems to be stuck on a charging bootloop, always showing the "no battery" sign and getting no charge at all, no matter how much time it stays plugged in
i tried connecting it with a different charger and another cable and get the same result..even tried with a charger with no fast charge (i read it would be a solution to some other device) but still the same bootloop
i can boot it into fastboot but it reboots quickly also (with the "no battery" sign right after)
so i can't get back into recovery or whatever since the phone gets no charge at all.
does anyone know a solution for this? thank you
So i have the same issue with the guys here https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...t-dload-erecovery-flash-recovery-etc.4287115/ hardbicked phone.
I am trying the HWOTA solution that seems to be working but when trying to access recovery mode Vol- on reboot, there is a red lightning and then logo and then error mode.
My question is the following: is it possible the device is not charging and thereby not accessible in recovery mode?
I tried charging it through usb, and original charger but still the same red lightning and error mode.
Are the devices charging in fastboot or in error mode? I mean should i let it a day or so charge and try then recovery>?
Thanks in advance for all responses if any.
