Just received this and it works fine for the Mi A2. Didn't try it with a call but listened to some music. I'd say it's worth it for the extra dynamic range.
Did a quick compare and the oem adapter, the background instruments are kind of bland, but the google adapter it's better range for sure.
The icon on the status bar was different also, it had like a little microphone hanging down, where the oem one doesn't have that? Not sure what that means.

either works... i think there would be some "personal issues" if it took one but not the other
Thank you for the quick response, I was worried when I saw some screenshots.

My friend is giving it away to people who guess what it is im assuming its related to windows phone any clue?
Probably a key chain with USB memory stick.
Custom made bumper stickers.
Looks interesting, most likely it is keychain with USB stick, or just keychain.

All pretty painless apart from losing all presets and clock. Is the answer to this to switch the red and yellow wires in the iso plug?
Also the radio only shows digital frequency, is there a way to enable RDS for UK
I am sure there will be other questions but that will do for now lol
I bought Chinese head unit on amazon and connected all the cables and everything works except when I try to change the Key lights colours on the side of the unit I get this message in attached pic. Anyone knows a solution for this

I have a Carlaoer AC8259 unit - this one.

I can’t seem to be able to enable the TOSLink port, though. There’s an “optical” button in the swipe-down screen, but clicking it does nothing.
I also can’t seem to be able to get the Fiio 10K running - the headphone icon shows up, but no sound comes through the Fiio.
Any advice on this? Thanks!
