U say u r on AEX and u dont know that it alrdy has Optimus drunk kernel. If u r not aware go to settings- "about phone" amd chck ur kernel name and version.
If u r asking abt whether the latest kernel version is compatible or not, that shud b askd to devs.

You need to force permissive selinux, for the composer you can remove it or just use prebuilt one.

I have done the force permissive SElinux by putting a permissive file in ramdisk of boot.img and by the means of prebuilt hwcomposer do you mean the one samsung stock rom has...

Fed Patcher to disable fore encryption b4 first boot (working to disable it in next build)

All good here :good: Lineage based so needs FED patcher or custom kernel to prevent forced encryption. Like other Lineage ROMs, doesn't like Magisk v13 zip for root.
