How to enable VoLTE feature in s4 i337 ? Is that possible by changing csc ?

Hi i want to know is there a way to enable HD voice calling or aka Volte feature .. I've seen in s6 edge and s7 steps to enable volte by changing csc codes and i want to know if i can flash the i337 csc to any other ..

The i337 is exclusive to AT&T in the USA so I doubt there would be multiple Csc files for the s4.

HI, I have Cricket as my provider and they don't support tethering for Samsung S5 At&t phone g900a. I am running 6.0.1.
Has anyone tried putting in a At&T sim card and enabling tethering and then put the Cricket Sim car back in? I was wondering if it would work? I

VoLTE on AT&T Branded but unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 - SM-G950U

Hello All,
I have just unlocked my AT&T Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950U) today. However, I am unable to find VoLTE option on the phone to use in India.
I am on a firmware of G950USQS6DSH3. And I would like to activate VoLTE for Jio mobile in India.
Please help me in resolving this issue.
Service Provider Sw. Ver is ATT/ATT/ATT.
