The Honor 8X comes with EMUI 8.2 and will be available for an EMUI 9 upgrade in the near future. Lots of good features in EMUI and just as many bad ones.
Honor 8x + Android One would be the best phone ever.

Pros: Lightweight.
Cons: UI is dated and needs major revamping. OnePlus Oxygen is definitely much better. But Sony is at least better than Samsung and Huawei skins.

The P20 Pro runs EMUI as the system software. For the most part EMUI is a great system and really speedy. There is quite a bit of bloatware that comes with EMUI but most of it can be removed or disabled.
Better than how EMUI 5 was. Still, it needs a new ui since it uses the almost same ui as the one from emui 5

EMUI has gone through some big improvements and the latest 9.0 version is really nice. The motion control is really polished and more than just a gimmick now.

Realme UI on the Realme 5i feels decent, though I still prefer the software services provided with MIUI to the software on the Realme 5i, perhaps because MIUI just feels a lot slicker, having been through 12 versions and counting. Perhaps with time, Realme UI will come to overtake MIUI, but we'll wait and see.

Ok, not great
It's okay. Could be better but I don't expect more from a communist country where everything is regulated. I'm not complaining.
