Hy everyone this camera fix doesn't work anymore its because the Miui android pie build doesn't need any driver override. If you are looking for the camera fix please update to latest MIUI eu rom no matter if its stable or beta camera works in almost all android pie build. I have discontinued this thread and not going post any mod here

Thanks a lot bro, was waiting for this fix. Lemme ask, can't we just edit the XML file and build.prop in stock to that of values you've provided without flashing the zip file? Yet to try. Also, would it work for custom roms like RR etc for A2 Converted Indian variant?

No in that case camera will not work because mi 6x's chines rom does not contain Indian versions camera libs. And in build camera is not optimized for the indian version.
Another request make a similar threat on app section so that users can easily find the mod.

Hi, if you're using stock android one rom then you can add new features to the camera using that XML file. No need to touch that build.prop just place that jasmine_sprout.xml in system/etc/device_features/ if this folder doesn't exist then create it and place the xml file there. If you' have converted to MIUI then you have to flash the zip file and need to edit build.prop. I am not sure about it but it might work for mi 6x custom ROMs which can fix the camera issue for Indian variant of mi A2. Try this zip file in MIUI and let me know if it is working or not. I had thoroughly tested everything before uploading this file. I hope it helps......

???Always disable hdr or you can set it to auto for low light enhancement to work properly at night time. HHT night mode works the same as the default one. I think 3D face beauty in front is just a gimmick it does nothing special only big eye and slender works other remodeling and make-up feature doesn't work.
I tried in last miui (converted from mia2)..just black sacreen

Black screen issue now fixed and you can use other camera app also. Flash the camera fix V1 and follow the guide. I am sure it will help you to fix your camera issue.

I know MIUI camera lags try stock mi a2 camera ports. I haven't tried it in weekly build's but still its just the same as stable build camera freezes sometime while clicking picture outdoor. There are some unsupported camera drivers which exist and those drivers are not in use by miui camera. So if we delete the useless camera drivers it should work normally.

this room odex or deodex?
I just install this rom....and I must say its super fast and smooth...I found 3 minor bugs...finger print gesture to open notifications its not working....and dark theme. The last one its in sound settings...the app fc when you try to enter un headphones settings.
I dont care much about dark theme and headphones settings but fp gesture its a nice feature. Hope you can fix it.
I will test battery life now.

I have a mi A2 lite and dark theme its like that...not all the UI change...just notifications and volume.
My phone charge to 100% in all roms..in this rom I get fast charge...if your battery stuck in 98% or something you need to clean your battery data...

For using mi services "Find device" should be turned on 1st while you're on an official MIUI ROM for vince, in other case to skip mi account login screen tap on "forget password" and then tap on skip.
I have been using since rashidmalyk had posted the ROM, and it has been a good experience.
Everything is working as normal (I'm not a heavy user, so I have not tested everything), Bluetooth, gps, fingerprint, dark mode, theme store (with theme fix). I just encountered some lag in settings (but it is not a problem for me).

Well I got around 9h of SOT today. This is pretty impresive. I still haven't pluged it in today.
I've switched to battery saving mode only when I was down to 15%.

Can you tell us your activity in that SOT usage?
Do you have a Spanish language?
After following the instructions (wipe the necessary partitions, install zip) and restart to system, the phone bootloops.
It's been like this for more than 15mins right now.
And your previous ROM MIUI10 didn't take this long to first boot either.
What can be the problem?
Now I'm using this ROM with Vimb kernel (VIMB-Damper-20190309-0552 / 3.18.136) and the experience is perfect. The ROM has been very smooth with good battery life.

About xposed I don't know, but you can install magisk. I'm using the last version of magisk (v20) just fine.

Does the fingerprint sensor work to wake up screen even without fingerprints recorded (just tap sensor to wake up screen with no fingerprint recognition)? How about original themes.
