Hello, friends.
I bought an Umi Super from someone, but when i try to open it, i get stuck at providing google account. The guy from who i bought it forget the password of the old Google Account. Is there a method to bypass the FRP? I know that in Android 5 it's easy to bypass this, but at Umi Super with Android 6 i don't know how to do it. Plase, help me.
Thank youl all in advance for your responses.

I wiped everything, except the system. It didn't help. What security solution will be FRP if you can go to recovery , wipe everything and all will be like new?? Any other solutions?

Well, that's the risk of having custom recovery. I guess you need to have completely clean system and to do that download full ROM (preferably most recent one from UMI official website) and flash it via SPFT.

No, it's not custom recovery, the phone isn't rooted. I haven't tried yet to flash official rom via SPFT because i want to know for sure if this method solve my problem.

Flash the latest stock rom with SP Flashtool and it will solve your problem. It will restore the recovery to stock recovery and the phone will be like new. This is your only option in this situation you found yourself in. Now please close this thread as this matter now is solved.

I repeat, i have stock recovery, the phone isn't rooted. I'm afraid that after flashing an official rom the FRP will still be present and it will still ask me for the old account's details.

The FRP will be wiped when you flash the stock rom. Regardless if you have stock / custom of anything. Mate, you do as you see fit.

did you solved it ?
hi
i have the same FRP problem
i try all stock firmware (downloaded Umi Forum) and factory recovery full data clear, and nothing, still ask me for old google account
i try another method on youtube umi hammer frp remove but it show to activate developer mode, i try many times click on options info menu, but still system not unlocking, not show developer mode menu
for all another phone unlock dev mode is no problem, first time i see on umi super is not possible
any idea ?
Hi
I found a way to save Umi Super if you lost google account name, password.
All the methods described on the web have failed, I'm nervous reading various nonsense.
Umi Super its very hard to reset FRP without hardware programer...... but i worked on it for 20 hours and..... succes
Only method (very dangerous) is full format and flash new firmware (20161121_c239v55_kw_u1) with SPFT. You lost imei (must backup it before format or write to save place, photo etc.).
Now flash TWRP, reboot to new recovery, root (install SuperSU) and restore imei (with another software), run official (OTA) 2 new update and .... You have 100% working phone with New pure official Umi Android 7
sorry if my post not clear or poor English
any question please write to me
EDIT: I have successfully used this on the latest officiall Android 7 (Nougat) release. Don't know about others.
Hi, it is possible to bypass like this (you need some knowledge of adb, but it's not so hard to acquire):
1. Follow these steps to enable usb debugging on your phone:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66731042&postcount=260
2. boot phone, connect usb
3. on computer run this command in terminal that has adb:
"adb shell am start -n com.google.android.gsf.login/.LoginActivity"
4. three dot menu > browser sign-in > login with any google account
5. reboot
---
If you cannot enable usb debugging you can also use the BypassFRP.apk from this link (don't follow the other instructions, just use the app). It does the same thing as step 3 above.
https://albviral.com/how-to-bypass-...-2016-on-all-android-devices-easy-method-440/
---
I am on mobile, if you need better explanation, let me know.

Have you gotten it fixed? If not... You selling your phone? Lol
Hi, since yesterday I have a big problem with my le pro 3, while charging the phone suddenly turned off. The system did not want to turn on, so I went into recovery (TWRP) and tried to format and upload a new rom, unfortunately during the flashing, a blue screen appeared. When changing the kernel, the flashing of the rom was done, but with the installation of the gapps it hung. I tried to install another rom, but it also spilled, with this addition, that I can not enter recovery, because artifacts appear or reboots.. Only fastboot works. With it, I tried to flash the kernel, recovery, but it did not do anything. I also used (TOOL ALL in ONE) and uploaded the stock rom, but the phone still does not work. Do you know what else could help, or is buying a new phone? Thanks for help
If you can use fast boot, your phone is not hard bricked. A brick is when you can not do anything , you will have a black screen and a red blinking light if a usb cable is connected.
Try pushing Twrp ( newest version) to the phone. If that is successful boot to recovery, fully wipe your phone, reboot to recovery and install you Rom> Gapps, and Magisk. I would suggest initially flashing Lineage 15.1. Once your phone is restored, flash whatever you would like.
If it doesn't work try another cable, or another port, or another computer. Computer needs to be up to date and you may need to temporarily disable antivirus, if the All in One tool isn't working its likely that your computer is blocking the install. especially if you are using Windows 10. All the program to be open within your firewall settings. Make sure its up to date and use AIO to update android drivers and adb.
I'm not giving anything, I still can't get into recovery

What does the log say?
if you are getting no errors at at and can only boot to fastboot try the All in One tool or use the QPST method to unbrick. Also, some posted versions of Qfil are corrupted. Did you use the version that I provided a link for?

Okay sure, I provided you with a link to the correct files to use. I.E Flash 2.0 and le_zl1_qfil_ufs_fix.zip
Twice you have mentioned that you are using flash One, when you should be using flash 2.0
What Pin code?
Your pin error sounds like you are either using the old Qfil ( its corrupted, and never worked for anyone. ) Or the technician repair rom did not complete. There will be a log file on the PC from Flash 2, not the phone, is port 9008 open in device manager?
There should be no pin code, if qfil was installed, all of your data would be wiped, did you encrypt the phone with 3rd party software?
Are also using the wrong version of Qfil?
Review these additional steps

I am using flashone 2.0 and flashing from your link, the file "le_zl1_qfil_ufs_fix.zip". Port 9008 is open. After three flash in 2.0 flash, I could enter recovery, but when flashing custom rom, a blue screen appeared.
Not enough information, did you follow all of the steps? You can't just flash a Rom after unbricking.
To be clear
You restored the phone, booted into the system, turned on developer options, checked oem unlocking, booted into recovery, and did a factory reset to repair the storage as outlined in my instructions link?
Then booted into the system again, turned on developer options, checked oem unlocking, checked that storage is accurate?
From this point you start over, if your storage issue isn't fixed you will get a blue screen.
After you have perform those steps you should be able to use the all in one tool to check that the bootloader is unlocked, install the latest TWRP, compatible Rom, Gapps and latest magisk.
If you still have issues after all of that. No doubt, its hardware related. It could be one part or several parts. Time to buy a new phone.

That sucks!
Its either that the partitions are inaccurate or you have hardware problems.
If its partitions, its not something that I have experience with. However, I did find this link; which has instructions for resolving partition issues using the MiniTool Partition Wizard and HDD Raw Copy Tool. https://www.leakite.com/2016/06/revised-how-to-unbrick-qualcomm-android.html

They should download automatically, if you follow the instructions on those previous Links . The instructions should show which folders the files are located in.
Luckily, I saved these files the last time I de-bricked someones phone.

Hi everyone, I owns a Black, Made in China variant Mi A1, bought it almost 10 months ago so it's in brand new condition.
A night I was using it as regular, watching YouTube, It suddenly restarted automatically, and stuck on 'Android One' boot animation.
I wasn't doing any heavy or intensive task, was not having any issue except storage full. The device is on official stock rom and on June security patch with Android 8.1.
I've tried >?1. Apply update from ADB in recovery mode with June update, which gave me -> E: footer is wrong. E: signature verification failed. Installation aborted
>?2. Apply update from SD card with the same update as above, which gave me -> Couldn't mount SD card
Bootloader is locked, USB debugging is off, no custom recovery installed.
Is there any way to make it work again without erasing user data? I'm familiar with all kinds of Command Line Interface and with almost every tech term. Any help would be appreciated.?
I think only Miflash, with first nougat rom works for you. Save user data. Works for me, after I tried Lineage OS.

Without reason? Probably THIS is the reason. I think your problem is related to data partition and a flash with Miflash can't help you. Only a factory reset can solve this.

Can you describe what in the data partition caused this? Because I've been using this device with 90% storage filled for months??*.
And I've factory reset the device as there was no other ways to make it work again but still I want to know what was the cause of the problem.

When memory is almost full R/W errors can occur.
Maybe 90% you see is not including temporary-swap files, so that you are dangerously close to 100% storage filled.

Well, I f*cked up.
Fastboot works, I can flash stock rom via Xiaomi Flash. Flashing completes without any problems. A notification about encypting phone shows up, at 3% it jumps to 100% and resumes boot. Now after each boot, phone freezes at "input your sim pin" and reboots. Over and over again. What can I try, please help :

Try to format data in twrp or stock recovery.
If it does not work flash an android 8.0 or Nougat ROM. Do not lock the bootloader.
Let me guess. From Pie to Oreo or Nougat?

if you can boot to fastboot try to flash stock pie 10.0.4.0 with miflash, after that your device should be able to boot, than unlock OEM and bootloader and downgrade to what version you want

If people start to solve only paid problems, the spirit of the community will be destroyed.
The problem is with the Pie specific partition table
I write the whole guide from memory, so it can differ a bit.... I skipped some steps ( erasing, reboot, fastboot mode, TWRP loading via fastboot, OEM unlock )
From previous writings I think you can know the skipped steps.
Keep in mind: It is dangerous, you can loose your IMEI ( it will only work again with Pie - or there are some writings at forum how can you manually change it. ).
Steps:
1 - Backup with TWRP (fastboot) efs, persist, modem & make copy to your computer and or to your cloud provider.
2 - Create a new folder in Internal Storage -> TWRP -> BACKUP -> With a new date directory ( the backup already made one, make a new folder, with different date )
3 - Download someone's older TWRP backup from xda (I cheated, I copied the following links ) :
(I'm still a new user, so can't directly write url's )
Mediafire : https COLON SLASH SLASH bit.ly SLASH 2QU5NtC
Mirror: Google Drive : https COLON SLASH SLASH bit.ly SLASH 2UN1DTo
4 - Unpack, and copy EFS to the folder created 2 point
5 - Fastboot TWRP -> Restore EFS
6 - Flash the Official latest firmware from en.miui.com ( If you want to make sure go with EDL mode )
7 - Now, the IMEI & Mac addresses are missing. Don't panic! Download update with System Updates.
8 - When you are on Pie again, restore your first TWRP (fastboot) persist partition
9 - One more System restore
At this time, you will have IMEI & Mac addressees, and hopefully a working phone.
Hope this helps. The same thing happened with me 2 weeks ago. This is how I solves it.
Thank you, I solved it yesterday. Hopefully this post will come in handy for other people!
Hi,
I need a big help (or maybe a miracle) as I messed up a Samsung Note 4 (SM-N910F).
I didn’t know about this forum and I was a little reckless ... so here I am.
Beforehand thanks for any help and please forgive my English (not my native language).
I own an old Note4 (forgotten in a closet for almost 4 years) and I need to access to /data folder.
I tried to root using a multi-tool software for win7 thinking it was the safest way (I discovered too late Odin and CF-Auto-Root). During the process the phone unexpectedly disconnected and it got stuck on recovery mode. I somehow fixed it (another pc software) but now the phone keep restarting after 20-25 seconds that it loads homepage (I can see all icons and even access to internal storage via USB but in this short time I can’t do much).
I tried also some PC tools working with download mode to extract data, but no luck.
I read in the forum that is possible to flash a stock firmware without wipe data (using HOME_CSC). I found several firmware for SM-N910F but they all are single file.md5. Using Frija or SamFir (binary nature ON) I got only 4 file and no HOME_CSC.
I found a firmware (single file) named N910FXXU1DQHC_N910FITV1DQH1_N910FXXS1DQA1_HOME but I don’t know if the word “home” as anything to do with preserving data
How can I solve this?
Its’ possible to modify normal CSC into HOME_CSC?
Please keep in mind that all the effort is to extract some files from root folders before erase all data. If it’s possible to restore android and then retry rooting is a good solution too.
Samsung note 4 (SM-N910F).
Version build N910FXXU1DQHC (ITV)
Android 6.0.1
Thanks.
Marco
did you tried odin?
yes i tried several times with different version of odin (only the CF autoroot)
all process go without error.
I can see the red adroid icon too at first reboot and in the lines written that flow there are non errors.
However, at this point, the phone reboot again (during loading "Set Warranty Bit : kernel ) and when android starts there are no chenges (can't find SU).
then it reboot again and again ... until i remove battery.
I can go into download mode or recoery mode but there is an allert "DM-Verity verification failed"
I still didnt try to flash firmware as i'm afraid of loosing data
ps thanks for replying

sorry but i'm note sure I understand the question. i did not try to flash twrp. I though it would wipe all data. If it is safe I can try and I'll let you know (before I need to read a full tutorial). do I need to put a sdcard on the phone?

i said if you can explore the data via twrp but in that sdcard if the note4 not boot maybe an debrick model for your model N910F debricker dont repartition because maybe hard brick but what kind data you have maybe reinstall stock solve but i dont have any right to say
ok. if I can I will try twrp. meawhile if you come up with other solution you are welcame.
I apreciated your suggestion.
a little update..
I wanted to try twrp (it really seems a good solution) but I can not enable "Oem Unlock" function to unlook bootloader. The function simply is not displayed in developer options .
I read there are trick to display "Oem Unlock" but I can use the phone only 20-25 seconds before it re-start (too short time).
what appen if I flash TWRP whitout unlock bootloader?
Resolved!!
I installed TWRP at first try using odin (without unlock bootloader) . Now I can use file manager to copy all the files I need.
Really thanky you AlinTecsan
