Tried to update EMUI when the phone is not unlocked, get bricked but can enter eRecovery.
Followed this link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/funky-huawei-erecovery-solution-100-t3620165 to solve it but always get
"recovery failed, ask for help visit emui.com" after verifying the package, as shown in the figure.

Try to find a stock ROM for your device and flash that.
did you unlock oem ?
I have been trying to update my new p9 lite with the official nougat update,
but every time after rebooting while loading it sends a message how it was unable to verify update package
and it just gives me the opportunity to reboot the phone.
How can I fix this problem?

Try to install a firmware with qfil the process finishes successfully but at the time of lighting it remains in the logo; I enter when recovering stock and it shows me this error.
Some solution or is a brick?

I've been trying to download the latest ColorOS version for more than a month, but it keeps showing download failed. If I hit re-download, it still shows the same error. Updates were working fine for a while, but not after I installed Fluid Navigation Bar and did the computer prompts it asked me to do. I haven't tried rooting or unlocking my bootloader. Can someone help me out here?
