Android runtime: Dalvik 1.6.0

android version : 4.4.2

Did you have any luck upgrading? I'm looking at doing the same thing with mine

Could somewone help? Heva somewone firmware K2101_ from 2018?

Help me with MEKEDE 9inch HD Firmware

Hi guys,
Before starting with my thread, i've searched the forum but, could not found what I was looking for (I'm a noob with this head unit stuff).
So, I bought this unit from Aliexpress: MEKEDE-9-inch-Touch-screen-Android8-1-auto-Audio-voor-passat-b7-b6-golf-5-polo/32888152399.html?spm=a2g0s.12269583.0.0.23a99b5agxjCFc
After installing the unit I saw it was android 6.0, but it was advertised as 8.1. I contacted the seller and told him about this, and he provided me a link with files to update the firmware: yadi.sk/d/uAHKcuajkuSk5Q
I've installed the firmware and it was still android 6.0, but that was not my biggest concern. My steeringwheel controls was not working, climatronic info was not showing and also no car info (when you open the door a warning appeared on screen).
Can someone help me where to start or find a solution to get these function back.
