Hi everyone.a family member has a s7.rooted.and do e a full hard reset..wiped the entire thing.now it's stuck on boot logo.i can get in to download mode but the pc can't connect to the device..I have all the right tools and firmware ready.
I've installed Samsung drivers
Changed usb port/cables
Installed Samsung kies
but can't connect while in Odin but think it's because I can't connect through the pc
Any help would be very appreciated

Thanks for the reply..some how I now have recovery working but am still unable to get it working..every stock os I try to install through micro SD card is saying failed

Enter download mode and connect phone to pc and check device manager if a new hardware has been detected or for android port

I can't update firmware using odin ,it keep saying not recognized ,any other ways can i flash firmware without using usb port? Hope anyone can help me
Did you try on another pc? Test it, maybe your pc is the one with the problem.
you can flash with out pc, sadly there are none rom at the moment to flash trough recovery.

i have try many cable, computer but its still same. its just charging on the phone and not recognized on pc. im stuck on unofficial miui with a lot of bugs, please give me someways to stock my firmware back without using odin or anything that use usb port because my usb port its just for charging only, not working for odin.
Rith click on computer and click on comlutef propeeties then ect device manager u will use warning icon in the list something name i am forget right click on it u will use option update driver click on it then select specific driver path where your driver are installed then search then Huh Huh xD restert your pc then connect your phone:good:
I think problem is with drivers you need reinstall device drivers, first uninstall ur device drivers from device manager then install samsung usb driver software from here ,now drivers will be installed automatically installed on connecting your phone

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530/H/DV model (G530HXXU1ANIA) . I did factory Reset . Then TouchWiz stopped problem arose. I disabled TouchWiz and installed APUS Launcher. That worked fine. Then I want to give cell to another person. I did Factory Reset again. After this the following problems arose.
1- A pop up massage during booting arose. “Unfortunately Process com. Android. systemUI has been stopped”
2- Above mentioned message hang the cell on Main Screen, I can not operate any function.
3- IMEI No. INVALID.
4- Mobile cannot be accepted connection with PC, ODIN, Kies etc.
Kindly guide me in this regard as I am a beginner in the matter of programming etc.

I doubt it is a driver issue because I have tried multiple systems and these systems recognize other phones instantly
its the same from my phone sadly i didnt find any firmware for this its a clone i think
Hey guys
I have a rooted Galaxy S5 G900F with custom kernel.
I have rooted it and installed custom kernel to be able to connect to my Pioneer Car Headunit with ARLiberator.
Now i have a problem, i can't get my S5 to connect to PC through USB.
PC tells me that it can't recognize the Phone and for some reason can't install the drivers too.
So when i connect my phone to PC, PC starts looking for MTP Driver and couple of other drivers and they are always fail to install.
Please let me know what can be done.

thanks for your reply but it din't work, as i have tried reinstalling USB drivers before
MTP driver has failed to install when i connected the phone after reinstalling the driver and restarting the pc

You're not the only one with this problem. I've tried a 100 things without success.
Given up and use MobileGo which does eventually connect via USB and Es File Explorer via WiFi
Hey guys I have working Samsung Galaxy NOTE 3 SM-N900.
On my PC I have already installed Samsung drivers but until I installed cm ROM on my phone my phone would connect to PC but now every time I connect to PC the message comes USB DEVICE BOT RECOGNISED and says that the device has malfunctioned.
I searched web and tries to solve the problem but no success plz help..[emoji17] [emoji17]

Wipe phone and flash stock rom .
Fails format PC and reinstall windows .

i want to flash a stock firmware so as to unbrick my device ... yesterday it got struck in a boot loop while phone was applying and OTA update .. now the recovery is showing no command but by using combination (vol down power and vol up push and release ) i was able to select the option apply update from ADB ... and i installed adb flashboot tool and intel adb driversto my pc but when i connect my phone to windows it says usb not recognized ... while i did the same with my zenfone 2 (same usb cable ,same port ,same drivers ) and it by my pc help will be appreciatedwas connected to adb ... but after numerous attempts also zenfone 5 was detected ....
EDIT-- i have noticed before that my phone will not sync with pc but will charge properly .... will it be a problem of usb port of my phone only ???? it charges well but

Try to plug it on the other port of your pc, if still failed; then install latest adb driver and IntelAndroidDriver .
Latest drivers ... Different ports of pc ... Tried them but no difference it wont connect

Can be a problem with your zenfone 5. You have Asus PC Link installed in pc?
so heres the thing i bought a sm-n900p NOTE 3 from a friend that was in a bootloop , i know how to use odin to flash stock rom as ive done in all the samsung phone ive owned in the past... here lies the problem the phone stays at note 3 logo and when i put it in download mode it cannot be detected by the pc ive tried 3 different usb cables inluding usb 3.0 ss+b usb cable and 2 laptops and a pc but it cannot be detected and in those pcs nothing pops up even usb not recognized im a software engineer im not new to these things but this is the first time i encountered this problem.... hope yall can help i got no phone to use cuz i sold my old phone to buy this note 3 thank you all in advance

yeah i tried 5 different installation of the usb drivers with 3 different versions of kies but the problem still persists

could you be more precise? and what is a bin? as in binary file?
Bin as in rubbish bin .
Or phone shop that has the tools to try and repair.
