The metal unibody is damaged and the bottom speaker grill also the sound is distorted when above certain decibel level sounds like crackling I am not very experienced and in Canada with no warranty since from gearbest where can I repair it and where can I get the parts from trusted place I could find any parts all it showed was cases and speakers thank you any help is grrr8 sorry for **** grammmer also phone color is quartz gray.

Sorry that happened to you.
Couldn't you locate a local repair shop and have them assess the situation? I guess the phone needs to be opened and checked from the inside, to see what kind of damage it received. It does look bad. The board and the screen are probably ok and it seems that the plastic frame broke and with that, the connection to the bottom speakers.
Have someome look at your phone.

XDA2 earphone socket cracket

High the socket under the rubber flap for the earphones has cracked. I can only get sound through them now if I hold it in place. My unit is still in warranty, will the warranty cover this? If not can anyone recommend a good place to repair??
Thanks in advance
I think your warranty will cover it if you can explain a good reason how it happened.
My XDA 2 actually has a similar problem, one of those 2.5mm to 3.5mm mic/stereo adaptors snapped while inside so theres a tiny bit stuck inside the socket preventing me from using it. Attempts to poke it out only made things worse, so for now pushing it back in keeps the sound working.
I'll be doing an insurance claim for accidental damage soon. This might be another option for you if you fail to get anywhere with the warranty.

HD2 front speaker grill damaged

Hi there,
I accidently damaged the speaker grill of my HD2. The speaker is still working, but it looks really ugly as the black color got lost and now there are some silver scratches on the grill.
So, is there a way to exchange it? Which spare parts do I need and how much would I have to take apart in order to replace it.
Well, I know, it is not really necessary to replace it as everything functions as it should, but you know, I am really fussy
Thanks!
I would think there would be the same work involved as replacing the speaker, try Googling for HD2 speaker replacements. Can you not just ♫ Paint It, Black ♫?
Thanks for your answer. Well, the grill is not attached to the speaker, as you can see hear: http://www.feelstore.net/web160/Admin/Product20/ProImage1/20109623472367855.jpg
But I can't figure out where it is attached to watching the official disassembly video.
I tried to paint it black, but it doesnt really work that well. I don't know, perhaps I used a wrong pen.
I don't mean it's attatched to the speaker, but rather to get the grill out the HD2 will have to be taken apart the same way as if you were going to replace the speaker. I would assume.

Crack on speaker grill

So, after using my Axon 7 for about a month, yesterday I noticed crack on speaker grill below the screen I have Chinese A7 (4/128), so returning for warranty isn't option. If I even return, they might tell me that I drop my phone, which isn't true at all. So, my question is: where to find this plastic speaker grill? I tried to find it online, but without success (for now). Maybe someone else have/had same problem, or I'm the the only (unlucky) one?

Speakers not working!

My mother had dropped her Moto X Play XT1562 a few stories down along the stairs shattering its display. I bought a new Display with Frame from Aliexpress and changed the display myself. After I changed the display, phone rebooted and is okay till now but the Speakers have stopped working. There is no Audio for mp3s or mp4s. Also there is No (very very very faint) voice audible during phone call but mic is okay and person at the other end can hear me clearly.
Have I messed up something during reassembly? What can be the affected part? I placed everything in place as it was, hence can't find the fault.
PS. Past History: I have experience of opening up one phone previously. A Nexus 5 which was even worse shattered and replaced full body frame and lcd. During disassembly I realized that motherboard had few pieces detached (maybe already or due to my negligence) and it just didn't start up after reassembly.
A little update: I forgot to add earlier, during dislodging the battery with a sharp-edged screw driver, I had scraped off some of the thin black film placed below it.
Does it have anything to do with Speakers?

ear piece problem - replaced it and still low volume

Hi,
Few weeks ago the sound became very low no matter what I did. I thought that the speakers (upper / lower) are faulty and replaced them with new from AliExpress (trusted seller with high rating). After the replacement, the sound is still low on max configuration.
What else can be the problem?
Thanks

Me to.
in my case, the solution was to take the phone apart and after removing the ear speaker I could properly clean the ear speaker grill.
There is a really fine metal mesh net inside with micro holes that is getting completely gunked up (and I keep my phone clean usually but after 4 years of use...)
In the beginning I could not even see trough it when a normal light came from the back.
Initially, placing the display with the grill over another phones flash light I could see it as yellow greenish shining through.
It took me an hour of cleaning. I used a peace of a toothbrush and contact cleaner. I had to brush it from both sides several times.
In between using compressed air and at the and I used alcohol. After the cleaning i could see normal light coming through.
and the result is unbelievable. I thought it must be 100% a hard or software problem. Even after seeing the gunk I could not believe it could have such an influence...
Same goes for the bottom grill. People always complained they could not hear me well during calls.
After cleaning (less extensive) of the bottom grill it got much better.
Check the position of the mic and give it a good clean.
