I have installed TWRP 3.2.1.2 recovery. Then boot my device into recovery. After that I wiped(factory reset) the device. Then open install and flash latest ROM, but every time I got error 7

Try using the newer twrp 3.2.3. git version from the lineage thread, should fix this most likely

Instead of flashing twrp, try loading it through fastboot.
Boot into twrp with fastboot, wipe system, data, etc., reboot to fastboot, boot into twrp again and try flashing the rom this time. If it doesnt work try the new twrp 3.2.3.

Its problem on me too. When I copy from pc with usb cable and flash zips get error code -7. You must download custom rom, gapps micro arm64 and magisk in your phone and copy or cut these zip files in your sd card. Because I do this and no error happened on my phone in twrp mode.)))

[Q] Having trouble with wipe to put on first rom

So i finally rooted and went into twrp. This is the first rom im installing. Ive done this whole root thing for a little over 4 years now.
I went to do a wipe, system, cache, dav....and its been stuck on "factory reset" for 10 mins now what do i do. did i do something wrong?
formatting cache using make_ext4s function" is what its saying
the phone shut of and i thought it was done for. It did reboot but nothing was wiped. am i doing something wrong here?
normally you just go into the twrp, slide to wipe everything, install rom, gapps, wipe cache and dav and reboot.

Crap guessing you don't have a backup......try using koush universal drivers to get your phone recognized...and use adb to sideload a ROM or use adb to push the philz cwm recovery zip to your recovery
---------- Post added at 05:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:05 PM ----------
If you want to sideload a ROM its easy and I'll guide you through or you can push a zip with adb to your recovery

TWRP won't allow me to flash other roms

Hey I have this huge problem with TWRP. I wiped the usual files, and then tried to flash a rom. It said ERROR: failed to update binary zip or something like that. FYI, I installed Multi Boot and have two roms installed. I tried uninstalling the secondary rom and wiped the phone, but still no luck. I even used multiboot cleaner and it still says the samething. Help?
Which version of twrp is on the phone?
Use another recovery

yeah it appears to be custom recovery flashable, does not seem to overwrite recovery
Next obvious question, is this multirom compatible? As secondary ROM?
They name it "Cyanogen OS 13.0.1" which mean that the latest Android security update was included.
For the issues, such as the Bluetooth disconnecting issue, can any one report if the issue is solved or not?

If you downloaded COS13 (full ZIP) and flashed it through custom recovery, it should work fine. Installing SU through TWRP 3.0 also worked without bricking my OPO. Are you sure you had not flashed anything else?

Try updating super su!
After flashing the rom don't update su! Once update is complete

I say that you should clean flash, that ways no FC'S or stuff like that would happen.

I have rooted stock firmware installed in my Asus Zenfone 2 laser with bootloader unlocked.

How to install custom rom then? why is the phone always getting stuck there? Please help.
And I follow the following steps to install any custom rom:

2) Wipe dalvik, cache, system and data.
3) Install Rom.
4) Install Gapps.
5) Reboot.
