Unable to detect flash in camera like when we touch screen it should spark flash so that we know were person or thing is in dark area but in zenfone 3 when i touch screen it doesnt spark flash and i tried thrid party appilications also but i think this bug is from system so its present in every camera app so plz fix this in nxt update and u know m like of guy who usually use camera at night so its bit embarrassing for me......plz asus fix this asap

I'm using ASUS Zenfone 3 max 5.5' (code name: ZC553KL), android latest version 6.0.1, offical rom (don't root anything).
Some times I have issue with SD card and audio jack.
- SD Card was removed (seem it was unplugged from device - not unmounted) , when restart device, it appear again.
- When unplugged audio jack, it still notice that audio jack is connected.
I have plan raisue this issue on ASUS zenfone forum, but I don't have permission
I hope ASUS Zenfone 3 developer team will check and fix this issue soon.
I record this issue video, because I can't post other link here, plz goto Youtube, and find "ASUS ZC553KL - ISSUE SDCard and JackHeadPhone" for see this.

*Updated: This issue I facing is in version ww_13.0.0.187_20170206. When I update (via check system update) to version ww.13.0.0.190_20170401, I don't see it, maybe it fixed in that release. Thank ASUS zenfone team very much. I'm really in love your products and your service ^^
I also have problem with mic.
It's actually a persistent problem. Updated twice since i bought it.
Current ver : ww.13.0.0.190_20170401
- The other party only hear crackling sounds when i make a call,
- Video recorded also record crackling sounds.
It was just fine 1 day before, there's a video i recorded with clear sounds.
I am not sure whether it's a s/w or h/w problem., but this phone is only THREE days old !
ASUS should've made a better QA tests before pushing f/w updates....

I am using the Arnova's 8.2 GCam on my Zenfone Max Pro M1 but once in a while, it crashes when I try to use the front camera. When I again open it, it works fine.
Any fix for this? And is there any other version of GCam that is better for Zenfone Max Pro other than Arnova's?

Have you installed camera2api first ? Mine is working fine, try clear data and cache.
Hello guys. I am having issues in my phon while charging..
Whenever i use my phone while charging and i am using any apps such as i am listening song on spotify, the app suddenly closes....same with the whatsapp and other apps...

Actually I was using my k20 since last 2 months and I was facing no issues regarding software and anything but today when I switched my video resolution to 4k, I got a error saying "Can't connect to Camera"... I tried all basic fixes and solutions like clearing camera cache and data / restarting device etc. but got no fix so I wanna ask any other solutions or If anyone is facing same issues ??
