Anyone know anything about the A6? - Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8, A9 Q&A, Help & Troubleshoot

Looking through Google and XDA Forum, I can't seem to find much on the Galaxy A6 (SM-A600GN). Honestly, only thing I'm looking for is a root method. Only thing I've found on Google seems to be Kingo Root and non-pc rooting apps that I've never had good experiences with. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Edit: Thought I should note: It's an unlocked international model.

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 SM-T350 - Rooting and Stock Rom backup?

So I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 SM-T350.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to get it rooted, as well as to back up the stock ROM. I'm pretty new new to android, so I'd like to make sure that I'm able to reverse any software-related damage I might inadvertently do to the tablet, but mostly I'm just looking to root it - and if I can only get it rooted, then I'll just avoid software related fiddling until I find out how to back up the rom.
Thanks!
Edit: Oh! and I'm presently running 5.0.2 lollipop.
Hi, thank you for using XDA assist. There is not a root method for your specific device on XDA. You could try this, http://www.xda-developers.com/root/ But it's probably best not to fiddle with it. Make sure you know how to return your device to stock with odin before you try any root methods just in case something goes bad.

Could you, perhaps, point me in the direction of doing this, if I'm even able? I have no knowledge of Odin, thus far, although I have seen the program name a few times.
Here's a good starting point, http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...08-2013-odin-3-09-odin-1-85-versions-t2189539 . Note that some of the Odin download sites can be a little sketchy so go to something you recognize.

OK guys. I need help rooting SM-S975L

Ive tried using every android based one click root method conceivable and still no success rooting. Model Number of course is SM-S975L. I just bought the thing at walmart yesterday and as I understand it's kernel version is causing incompability issues with towelroot (which with extensive research it appears that towelroot is my best option.) and of course root fails (Also tried changing modstrings method). Ive even tried countless Chinese root apps to no avail. I really want a new rom on this thing. (Straight Talk one sucks lol) but Nova Prime saved it somewhat...(like always). Anyway I need help here guys and any is appreciated. I will post screenshots of baseband, Android version, etc. Thanks in advance everyone!!
CF-Autoroot is what you need to root. Also, search the forum. We have an entire thread devoted to your device.
CF-autoroot?

rooting or ROM options for SM-G935R?

Hello, I can't seem to find any info on XDA for the SM-G935R US Cellular variant of Galaxy S7 Edge phone. I'm buying one off ebay and would like to know what my options are as far as rooting or custom ROMs, mostly for the purposes of getting rid of crapware and having it run more smoothly.
I've rooted and installed custom recovery and Xposed on my phones in the past, so I'm not a total newbie, but I do have to follow the tutorials pretty closely and it's tedious. I tend not to buy phones too often so the process starts to fade from my memory over time. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
Try sam mobile web site or make a google sesrch for the file. Someone has to have it. Good luck.

Best root method so far for Lag and Overheating?

This newb has rooted and unrooted several times. I apologize if this shouldnt be here but the similar threads were dated. I have an S7 edge SM-G935V on 6.0.1
Can anyone suggest which root and tune method(thread links please)lags and overheats the LEAST either on MM or Nougat. I only need root for one auto-clicker app and also require an Xposed module Security Bypasser, the only way Ive found to hide root so far the app I need it for. I havent tried any nougat roots yet because Im getting conflicting info on the ability to downgrade. Can anyone confirm this as well?
Also If I need to buy another phone, what is the smoothest running used phone to root for Verizon? If I cant get this working optimally. Pixel, HTC 10 etc... If Verizon isnt an option can you suggest a phone for Cricket or another carrier. I really need to get this working ASAP.
Thank you for your reply
