Hi. I bough mediapad m3 this january. A month ago ( june) the bottom speaker become randomly quiet and ok alternately. This is very annoying. Sometimes when bottom speaker quiet, i open music player (built in) and play a song, and the speaker ok again. This works most of the time. Any of you experience same problem?
same for me! seems to be fixed after installing the new version b310!
the problem appeared after installing the version b308! Which version have you installed on your M3?

I'm having issues with headphones with a built in microphone and button. I don't know if this is a rom issue or my headphone jack died on me. It's still able to play music. It worked fine a few weeks ago until I updated to a newer build, the headset icon stopped appearing and the headset microphone and button stopped working as well. I've tried a few different headsets and they all don't work any more. I've searched the forums and haven't found a solution to my problem.
I've been using this rom without issue for a while, but after the recent update, headset mic and buttons do not work. I looked through the thread and nobody seems to be having this issue.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2063057
I decided to switch to a different rom and did a full wipe before flashing. The issue persists.

Thanks for your help.
edit: looks to me like it was a kernel issue, cm7 still looks to be the have the most stable code so I downgraded. Hopefully the issues will be ironed out.
Hi! I installed the ROM, but only the right speaker of my phone works now. This is an issue when playing songs. Is it a bug? How can I fix it?
Only right speaker ? What do you mean?
P9 lite has only one speaker . I doesn't has two speakers. Right side has the speaker & left side has the mic
Hey guys,
I've recently bought a Bluetooth headset (JBL E25BT), and noticed that there's a 1-1.5 second delay in audio while playing PUBG Mobile. Don't have any trouble with my wired headset. I don't see this issue while using any other apps or games (that I know of, I've only tried Asphalt 9 and Bully). I'd really appreciate it if anyone who plays or has tried playing PUBG Mobile with BT earphones could tell me if they face a similar issue. Any workarounds/quick-fixes are also welcome.
I'm on stock Oxygen OS 5.1.4.
Thanks! ?

Yes, this issue does not only occur on the OnePlus 5 but other devices as well. The game is not optimized to be used with wireless headsets, so for now just stick to wired.

Damn. I was hoping there was a workaround. A friend of mine used a Bluetooth headset (airpods I think) with a S9 and claimed he didn't experience any delay. Maybe he just didn't notice it.
No delay with bose qc2. At least none that I notice.

I was able to find my old Jabra BTs and test with those, still get a 1-1.5 second lag, only in PUBG. That rules out the earphones as the root cause, it's either OOS or PUBG. I'll see if my OnePlus One can run PUBG and test on that to narrow it down.
Mine too, running on Oreo 8.1 Note 9 and Sennheiser BT4.40. Any ideas guys ??
I also baught new i ball bt06 for pubg but then i experience low sound problem and also delay sound
I m also using a op5 with OnePlus wireless no audio delay but the audio is going to call audio I mean I'm able to control the volume by call volume and the audio quality is really very very bad can't hear a thing
Same issue here not even on OP,
I have Huawei mate 10,
tries with sony wi400
SFT true wireless, and an Isound bt200,
Also skullcandy smoking bud 2 wireless
all of them with delayed audio from 1 to 2 seconds and it is really anoying,
I mean i have also a bunch of wired headphones, but if being comfortable is the goal im better with wireless
Im on stock official Global Rom any modification to the EMUI
Exceptions
I used a low quality Bluetooth device which did not show the issue with sound quality. And also it never went in call mode.
But when i tried to play the same with a good brand i faced this problem.

yes,
there is work around for that.
1. start game with mic off. team speaker should be ON.
2. then turn OFF speaker.
3. turn ON mic only.
4. now turn ON speaker.
mic and speaker should be working fine now.
but you will get lower audio quality than usual.
at least this works for me.
try and replay.
After 0.10.X update mine is working fine.
Getting same problem with oneplus wireless..phone running on stock 9.0
I've also been having problems with my bt headset jvc has30bt but I don't get it since video playback is almost perfect
Hello everyone
So i just updated my phone to Android Pie a couple hours ago
Everything works fine except the earphone buttons.
So i have eapods from Apple devices, the buttons work perfectly fine on android 8.0
But since i update my phone to android pie, i can't use the earphone buttons, especially when i try to resume the music. Pause/skip to next song sometimes working, but sometimes it's not.
Anyone has same issue here? Any solution???
Pause/resume on headphones not working after pie udpate MiA1
Facing the same issue on MIA1 after android pie update. Pause/resume on headphones does not work but volume rockers on the headphones are working fine.
Update: Issue fixed
I tried rebooting my phone (not restarting). Switched it off and powered it back on. This fixed the issue ?
I tried rebooting like you said, but still doesn't work..
Any other way? Or has Xaomi guys just forgot about it.
same issue
i baught new 1 more piston fit earphones but button not working on music to play pause or skip song,,,

how bro i am still suffering with this issue
hey guys recently i accidentally found one thing that button is working untill display is off and music is running in background.:victory:
try on your device and share your experiences
Not working in my case. I have MI A1 with eapods from Apple device that was working properly on android 8.0 But since update to Android 9 - pie it stopped working.
Same here
It happened after update to 9.0
in my case it works with the screen locked and music in the background
I have my hybrid pro hd .
Same problem
I have the same problem with Mi A1 with a Samsung s6 earphone. Volume button works fine but sometimes the other button it works but after a bit period of time it just does nothing. Can't pause or resume nor change music.
I just tested I can't even bring up Google assistant with holding it down.
For anyone also having this problem, in Developer Options you can select the AVRCP version used to control music playback via Bluetooth. In my case, AVRCP 1.3 works like a charm. This may also fix issues with Bluetooth speakers with playback controls.
Rebooting

Me too but I don't know if it is a mice problem or something else
I haven't had this problem with mine. Are you using a case that could be partially blocking the mic?

This in all apps? Have you tested the "Recorder" system app?
Try again after disabling Google Assistant.
I have the same problem. I bought my poco m3 a couple of months ago.
Using version 12.0.4.0 .
The problem is the same without a case and after disabling Google Assistant.
There is a test (describe here
). For me, while blowing to bottom mic, this is the most I got (image attached)
