Upload mode not found ? - Galaxy Grand Prime Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi there,
I have an original Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Value Edition here (G-531F) with Simlock.
For the 1st time in my life I wanted to try one of those "fast online unlocks (unlock.io) using the Software "samkey 1.80.1"
I provided all details. Got login details and the tool.
I dont ask for support, I would love to know what the "Upload Mode is" (this is where samkey stops)
"Starting Upload Mode...............OK"
"Waiting for Upload Mode......NOT FOUND!"
What does "Uplaod Mode" actually mean ?
I know what the download mode is and how to enter it.
I read about kernel panics and unknown upload modes, but what the heck would that be and how would I enter it on the phone, if samkey wont make it ?
Of course I contacted their support (unlock.io) as well.

Just in case...did I fall for a scam here ? Or is this such an out of the ordinary question...about tools, you better not use ?

I'm just a noob myself, so I can't offer any advice myself. (That would be the blind leading the blind.) But, a Google search shows that Samsung FRP problems are not unique to you. Two suggestions.
First, check out Rootjunky's method on this XDA thread https://www.xda-developers.com/rootjunky/
If that doesn't work, he also has another method that requires no computer. (I can't post the link because it is outside XDA and that is understandably blocked for total noobies like myself.) :silly: Just Google this:
"How to bypass Factory Reset Protection on Samsung devices without PC or OTG new crazy method"
Good luck!
Hi Please help
i have T585XXU6CTE6 (SM-T585, Samsung Tab A6 2016) Education Tab! (No play store, can’t install unknown source, not enable able)

ByPass FRP Samsung Galaxy S8 need help

Hello guys. I know there are many topics about this, but I need a help about my Samsung Galaxy S8 (normal one, not Plus or Edge) G950F.
I tryed many method and I saw many videos and guides, but still it doesnt work.
My Galaxy S8 is brand with Tim (Italy) so I dunno if this could create issues or not.
I downloaded Combination Firmware 8.0 but I always have the error "SW REV. CHECK FAIL (BOOTLOADER) DEVICE: 2, BINARY: 1" on Mobile and Fail on Odin... this just can mean that the Combination Firmware isnt the right one.
I downloaded the right 8.0 Tim Original Firmware and tryed with Odin. It pass and everything go well, but still ask me for the old Account Gmail to verify the Account etc even if Odin did good.
I guess that I need to use that Combination first and put USB Debug (as I'm seeing in many videos) but I can't put this Combination Firmware for the error I said above.
What can I do? What is the right Combination file for a Galaxy S8 8.0 Tim (Italy)? I can't now naither turn on the device because it says to me in loop "An error has occured while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC Software" in a green screen.
Thanks for any help you can give. I just want use back this mobile.
Did you tried to boot in download mode and then use smart switch ? Smart switch can recognize a phone when you boot at recovery. Then try to repair.
Concerning the combination this error mean that the combination file are too old. I had the same issue long time ago ( Device 2 Binary 1).
What mean the Google Gmail thing ? At boot they ask you the mail ? Why don't enter it then ?
Tell me if something worked. Try to find a newer "combination".

I can't enter the Account Verification because the one who used this phone wont tell me the email and psw for it (he was the partner of my mom, but now they fighted and my mom wanted back her's phone.. but now, for vengeance/spite he wont tell us his data). I knew about Combination was old but where can I find the newer one? I am surfing on internet and can't find the right one I tryed many). My Firmware code is 8.0.0/R16NW/G950FXXU2CRED so I need a Combination Firmware eligibile with that.
I cant access the Device to install Smart Switch etc.
You don't need to access to the device. Just download the Samsung utility on your computer and connect your phone thought the download mode.
The name of the Samsung thing is Samsung Kies or something like that. Search for it.
And actually I never saw a phone asking for account verification ... I can't really help if this method don't work.

Or, flash twrp. Obviously the warranty will trip. And then delete everything, also the system. Then install back the firmware through Odin

Cannot flash with an official ROM

I was offered a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge a few months ago and I discovered over time that applications installed themselves on my phone and performed operations in the background and my ins such as activate the microphone , play music or send sms. I tried several factory values reset but nothing changes, each time I have the internet connection activated they reinstall completely. This has the effect of heating my phone and reducing the life of the battery.
So I decided to flash my phone with an Official ROM that I did on SamMobile But when I launched the flash with Odin and my phone in download mode the operation failed!
I haven't been able to solve this problem for months already that's why I come here to ask for your help.
when the flash fails, my phone displays the error "SECURE CHECK FAIL: (BOOTLOADER)
I would like to make some clarifications:
- my phone is an SM-G925F (This is what is written behind it is also what is displayed in the settings)
- In download mode I rather see Product: name SM-G925L
- in the developer option, I don't find the "Unlock OEM" button
- When I click on "Software update" in my phone, nothing happens
- I don't know if it's important to specify it but I live in Cameroon
I need help please!
Cordially!!!

Google/ Samsung FRP

Received a deceased relatives SM-T387V. Can't unlock it since I don't know their Google account.
Can someone please give me options? Tried Download Mode/ Odin- with firmware- yet my PC doesn't recognize it when it's in this mode. I don't think Debug is activated either.

How to find out the CSC code of firmware on a Samsung Galaxy S8+, SM-G955F that will not boot (faulty)

Would like to find out the installed CSC code/version (product code) of the firmware present on a Samsung Device that cannot be booted normally (as faulty) but the Download Mode and Recovery Mode are still available and accessible. Details at the bottom end of the Recovery Mode Menu do not indicate the CSC product code. Is there any way to ascertain the CSC version if the firmware build (PDA/AP versions) are known (since provided on the Recovery Mode menu). The Device in case is a Samsung Galaxy S8+ SM-G955F on Android OS 9. Also need to answer this same query for a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 (SM-N930F) on earlier Android OS version.
Secondly, is there a way to fix an issue where the Samsung devices stalls at boot-up splash screen? I need to retain all user data and also ensure that the CSC code on the device is not changed or alternatively, the same existing CSC code is flashed to the device.
Thanks in advance.
Maybe with Upload Mode and RDX Tool...
Upload Mode
There are several modes that Wave bootloader supports for certain purposes. The normal mode and low power mode just start the Nucleus kernel. I'm also pretty sure everybody knows what a DOWNLOAD MODE is (one with the red letters, but if initiated...

Thanks for the advice. Haven't really got access to the RDX Tool.
The device is on Android OS 9 and I am thinking I may be able to get away with flashing the boot.img only without needing to change or interfere with the CSC already on device. Seemed to work fine on Android OS 8 - no user data was lost just flashing the correct boot.img for the Device firmware.

Just for your info in case interested, I also posted the query in the Samsung Community at https://eu.community.samsung.com/ and this was part of the reply I got:
"Hi, without access to the device in a running state, it is not possible to find the CSC."
