So whenever i get a call from someone and if i am using earphones they complain that they can hear their own voice from my end, i even tried other earphones too. If i am listening to music on earphones and went to voice call or discord voice chat they say that they can hear the song i am listening to.
Is it a software problem or a hardware?
It has been only 3 days since i bought it, and it was okay, this problem started today.
Please help me.

When I do a voice call the person I'm calling always hears their own echo but hears perfect on my end. When I use earphones without a mic same problem, when I use earphones that have a mic the call hears perfect on both ends. Normal calls without Skype works perfect. What's the problem? ):
Not much you can do about that, echo over internet calling is common, if you are using it on speaker then you can watch your volume level which might help but through earbuds the person should not be hearing an echo and if they are then it'll likely a problem with lag and skype itself rather than your device.

I have an issue that i'm having when i call people with Viber on my Google Nexus 4. While using the phone speaker or the earpiece i hear the voice of the person i'm speaking with clearly without any audio buzzing but when i use the earphones, i'm hearing a background buzzing even before the connection is established with the person while it's still ringing. I also have a Bluetooth headset and it's working perfectly , this issue only appears when using the earphones . I've also tried different earphones without any success.
Does anybody have the same issue ?

Can anyone try to reproduce this issue on his phone please, so i can know if it is a hardware problem and eventually send my Nexus 4 back to google for repairing.

Known issue. You probably buzz all the time. Search earpiece buzzing/crackling.

No it seems finally to be a proximity sensor problem because i was able to reproduce it with an application which turns off the screen even when not incall and the buzzing appeared while listening to music !!! It was this topic which made me "smell a rat" : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2129140&highlight=proximity
Then i decided to disable the proximity sensor since it will solve my problem and still i can use lock unlock during a call, so i tried the build.prop solution : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1626611 without success

Any idea please to help me solve my problem ?
When I m using earphone for calling purpose,i can hear voice but other person can't hear me. Then I tried changing earphone but issue is still there. Then I tried with brand new JBL earphone. In that also voice is too much low to other person. I have been Using one plus 2 for one month. In starting days It was perfect in calling using earphone but from some days before perhaps after update I m facing this irritating issue. Pls tell how to fix this.
And one more issues that sometimes Phone is not ringing despite of ring volume is at Max.
I have had the phone for about a month now, and I have an issue where if the call is on loudspeaker for me the other person hears a lot of echo.
I believe it to be because it diverts to the top microphone when in loudspeaker, but I am not sure what the issue is.
When doing the hardware test the 'top-mic' test is extremely echo-y. I can do a video of this if it helps, but its just looping the original sound back and keeps getting louder and louder. The main-mic is fine.
Anyone experienced this and have a solution? Thanks
Edit: I have tried a few things like the Micfix module but that didnt help.

Please someone give any type of solution in details. The on call mic volume killing me. I have to put the earphone mic fully on my lip for the other person to hear me!
I used app from play store to check and I guessed it right, while mic mode was on 'Direct' and I recorded from usual earohone mic distance, then the sound was, loud and clear. But when I recorded in the same condition in the mode 'Communication', then I barely can hear me. Now after this test, I am sure the problem is in the feature 'microphone noice cancellation' for calls only. So as I identified the issue, is it impossible to fix? Can I totally disable the function 'noice cancellation' on my device? Please help. I am in desperate need of a fix during this covid pandemic as many many important meetings are happening online.

No problem found there at all! Sounded clear while using samsung during messenger call / whatsapp call / discord call / google meet call / zoom call. So don’t say it's mic's fault. It isn’t. It is software handling problem as far as I can understand. Please show me a way fast.

mine is completely opposite. I have to put on headphones to hear anything. One day I handed to my phone to someone, and he said there is no sound. When I put on my ear, I understood what the problem was. It is actually inaudible to any normal person. it is on stock rom, unrooted. Also the problem peaks if someone call from to my jio sim, using a MI phone. There is no problem in sim, cause I switched mine to another phone and it was fine, sound was cristal clear.
