Downloaded Resurrection Remix v5.8.2-2017041-tritemo-Unofficial and Gapps Arm 7.1 Micro package on my Note 4 n910t and while using my mic in the app store and YouTube Mic it says network not connected I know my network is connected that is not the problem. So please help me figure out why my Mic is inadvertently acting up. However I do feel good about this because it is my first time doing a customized Rom flash
Well it seems like the problem fixed itself now the ROM is up and running beautifully

my phone's mic got damaged while i was using stock TW rom(rooted)
however when i flash EUPHORIA (LOLLIPOP) JAN09 bulid, mic works properly. but on other builds it does not.
similar case with frapeti's CM12 . only on one or two versions the mic works .
is there any way i can take some files from these rom zip(in which mic works) and combine it with other rom zip so that i can have mic working in all ROMS. tried BLISSPOP. really loved it but mic does not work so reverted back to CM12 frapeti.
is mixing elements of ROM possible?
eg: Can i use BLISSPOP zip with files included from EUPHORIA and CM12frapeti so that mic works in Blispop or other roms like Resurrection Remix.??
what files in the zip handles mic ?
and can i copy paste these files from euphoria to other rom zips so that mic works.
i know its a wierd issue. but anyone pls help. because i like trying new new ROMS and only this mic issue is stopping me from doing so.
pls help guys
So my CM13 installed and works perfectly, however, a friend of mine with the same build of Note 3 as me(SM-N900V) flashed the ROM and now has problems. He isn't sure what's wrong but it keeps crashing and rebooting the system ui when he updates google's apps. He flashed the temasek ROM and used the open gapps. I don't know what to tell him so I was hoping someone here could help out.
He has to use Pico or micro gapps not stock or higher that might be the reason y

I had this issue, do a clean install, but make sure on the GAPPS you selected the 64 option and STOCK you don't need Pico or Micro, cause that's what I was using before upgraded to 6.0.1
Hello such have a i337M recently decided to change my ROM STOCK ( LOLLIPOP ) to RESURRECTION REMIX V5.7.1 , I did all wipes , but just noticed that now I have to activate the speaker on calls for the other person can hear me. I feel panic so I decided came back to Stock , but to my surprise now even in stock ROM the fockin microphone mobile hears horrible when I record audio so again i change the ROM but now to cyanogenmod 13 and the quality record is normal again... but i still taking activate the speaker on calls .... i did wipes and all that, today i install various roms and the Micro still works only when i active speaker. i swear this is not a problem from the hardware coz the microphone works perfect in everything else. someone help me please!!!!!!
You used the stock rom from Sammobile.com? Try flashing with Odin using 4.4.2 rom? Don't think you can flash anything older.

Hi, I'm no expert but have you tried the phones jack? once this happened to me on another phone and the jack socket was the cause. my two cents.
