I have TWRP installed and the phone is completely wiped. I have installed the OK1 tar via odin. When i go to flash any TW Rom i get a recurring loop. The phone boots but the rom does not boot. I have tried an array of roms and have failed to have one load.
My steps:
Format using the option given in TWRP
Wipe every thing except my micro sd
Flash ( Any rom) and clear both caches
Reboot to system
Watch in despair as phone keeps booting.
The phone boots perfectly when I odin. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advanced
It's a kernel problem. Which roms in specific did you flash?
I flashed all of your Stock Zips and the Hybrid X roms
Can you please give me step by step instructions for what to do. Thank you very much
So i was rooting my One Plus 2. While flashing the nee ROM i accidentally cleared the dalvik cache and the Internal storage too. this cleared my old ROM as well as new ROM. The phone went into bootloop. I somehow managed to flash OP2 Stock ROM
But now the problem is I cant reboot my phone into recovery, I tried flashing a new recovery but nothing happens. I lost my Volte update.

Hi. Can you please provide a link for the stock Rom? Did you copy it to your phone by sideload? Will it work on CM Recovery with unlocked bootloader? Mine always boot to CM recovery everytime I power on my phone.
Thank you!
Im currently using MIUI 8 custom rom. Since Kyd StockRom was out, i decided to try it out. After wiping data and cache and dalvik cache, i tried to flash the KYD Rom, then after the successful operation, i rebooted it and suddenly it was stuck on SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND 2 SM-G1207 for about an hour already. I can't seem to find the problem. Please help me

This is bootloop
Download another rom and move it to sd card then flash it

Did you installed Twrp...if yes then you might want clear cache and restart the phone or you could just reflash the rom or any other custom rom....and if you havn't then i am afraid you will have to lose your data..

yes yes i've installed twrp, i've actually tried formatting my data, clearing dalvik cache (thru twrp) then restarted it but still stuck at loading zenfone logo. i dont care bout my data on phone, just wanna get my phone back to normal.
can u please elaborate bout reflashing rom? i've never done flashing any rom before , stock or custom,
Never done this on my M1 but on my note edge,
When i got a bootloop, i simply reinstall stock rom, or just clean install custom rom

Ok so it's good opportunity to try something new...first you need to download custom rom and gapps package to sd card (always a better option)or internal storage...do the downloads on pc or somewhere else...
1. Wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, vendor, data, internal storage(this one is optional)
2. Mount extsd card
3. Install Rom package...(i personally use xenonhd based on pie) from here https://mirrors.c0urier.net/android...tal/X00T/XenonHD-181007-Experimental-X00T.zip
You can try any other of your choice
4. Install Gapps package from here..http://download2264.mediafire.com/r0vq21tabscg/m1u4llu62bdwyos/BiTGApps-arm64-9.x.x-0.1-unsigned.zip
5. This step is optional if you want root access then flash magisk package from here..https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/download/v17.1/Magisk-v17.1.zip and uninstall package from https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/download/v17.2/Magisk-uninstaller-20180921.zip ......after tge rom boot up install magisk manager from https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases/download/manager-v6.0.0/MagiskManager-v6.0.0.apk
6. Reboot to system..first boot up will take 4-5 minutes...ENJOY
so i tried flashing the stock rom but i got an error
Code:
[B] This package is for "ASUS_X00TD" devices; this is a "X00TD"[/B]
i got the rom at asus.com/ph/Phone/ZenFone-Max-Pro-ZB602KL/HelpDesk_BIOS/
i guess i'll try flashing with a custom rom instead?
also a follow up question: is it safe to reboot to recovery with twrp even my phone has no OS installed (already wiped it for flashing a new rom)

Hello sir i got stuck in bootloop in asus max pro m1
Actually its not showing anything screen is blinking as i try to turn it on. I was on custom rom and suppose to install stock rom and i followed every step but my phone doesn’t start its just reboot and nothing displays anything. Please can anyone tell me the solution of this issue.
did u solved issue
how did u soolves issue ??
hello friends,
I have been away from XDA for a long time now but finally decided to flash a custom rom on my RN7s ... and while doing so I am stuck with an issue.
1. I hsve Unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP successfully
2. Decided to flash crDroid v8.6
but here is the problem
When I boot the rom the phone shows Redmi Logo and then it just shows the boot animation it restarts. It does this 2 times and then shuts down.
I am able to boot into recovery and fastboot too.
I think the issue seems to be with the encryption thing. After flashing the recovery I also flashed Disable Force Encryption from (https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261793868) looking at this video
.
Can someone please guide what am I doing wrong. Steps that I follow:
1. wipe cache/dalvik cache, system and data
2. flash rom
3. reboot
But clearly this is not working. Kindly share your thoughts please.
