Mobile Odin Pro skipped MODEM #2

I just flashed the new Note 3 firmware :
Product Code: XME
PDA: N9005XXUEND3
CSC: N9005OLBENC3
MODEM: N9005XXUENC2
I used mobile Odin Pro, however there was a short notice that it skipped Modem #2 for I don't know what reason because the message was gone before I had time to read it.
The phone is ok, but the baseband is still the old baseband N9005XXUENB1.
What is Modem #2 and how do I update to the newest MODEM: N9005XXUENC2 ?
Many thanks

I am currently update all to ND5.
Thanks for the link I tried to read that guide 3x and I still did not understand anything. Perhaps my English is poor.
I have actually extracted the modem.bin from my firmware and flashed it as phone in pc odin. It is now workong fine. The bootlader is unchanged though which is the same 4.4.2 bootloader the phone came with. I guess it is not a big deal as long as it is a 4.4 bootloader.

Update phone, which Bootloader? for BTU

Android version: 5.0 (Lollipop OS)
Baseband version: N9005XXUGBOD3
Kernel version: 3.4.0-4540543
Build number: LRX21V.N9005XXUGBOF1
AP/PDA: N9005XXUGBOF1
CSC: N9005BTUGBOD2
CP/MODEM: N9005XXUGBOD3
Build date: 11 June 2015
I just recently went back onto stock rom, and had to upgrade my BL and CP as it was the lollipop leak from some time back- the NL8 versions.
Now I have updated the CP/Modem/Baseband (whatever you want to call it) to "N9005XXUGBOD3" from https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=18034 . However now I am stuck as to which BL to update to, which will match my rom which is from BTU.
The specs are listed above, so could anyone help me by telling me which BL to upgrade to - whichever matches from: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=18035&sort_by=date&sort_dir=DESC
The last update for BTU is this ONE. Flash the firmware via ODIN and done.

Bootloader / Firmware / Baseband / PDA

My N4 is with the original ROM factory 5.1.1 and have the following information:
FIRMWARE INFO
Bootloader Version: N910CXXS2CPB3
PDA Version: N910CXXS2CPB3
CSC Version: N910CZTO2COJ1
Baseband Version: N910CXXU1COJ5
Latest Firmware: N910CXXS2CPE2/N910CZTO2COJ1/N910CXXU1COJ5
I want to download the rom stock in SamMobile site and must be based on me because what information? Bootloader?
The Samsung Phone Info + program informs that the most current version for my phone is
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/71886/N910CXXS2CPE2_N910CZTO2COJ1_ZTO/
Your query is not clear! If you are looking for the latest stock ROM for your phone then open samfirm app, type in your device model (eg: N910C/F/G), and the CSC (your phone box should have it mentioned), then search for update, and download.
