Hi,
When I listen to an audio message through Whatsapp or Telegram, volume knobs don't work so I am forced to listen to them at full volume which is very loud for my ears!
No problem at all if I listen to the audios with the loudspeaker. In this case, volume knobs work as they should but as I take the phone next to my ear to listen as if it was a phone call, the volume goes to max and volume knobs stop working.
Is there any solution for this?

when I use the earphone to answering calls, the volume of the earphone is extreme low whatever I turn the volume to max. But when I use the same volume level to listen music, it becomes too loud. Is it an known bug or I did something wrong in configuration? How can I fix it?
Thanks for help.
Hi,
For an incoming call the ringer volume is 0 but vibrates, the system volume is at 100%
When listening to music through my headphones and I receive a call the music stops in my headphones, then comes through my phone speakers for about half a second then stops - then I take the call.
Its a bit embarrassing for me at work when music is played so loud for just half a second when this happens.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue?
Thanks
Matt
Hi,
I've just setup my phone to use my mp3 as a ringtone. It plays fine on an incoming call, except:
1) It plays at full (ie. scare the sh#t out of me FULL!) volume even with my volume control is set to very low
2) It always plays through the loudspeaker, rather than through the headphones when I have them attached
Is there some settings that I missed?
thanks
fixed problem 1
Hi again,
I'v figured out that problem one was my mistake: I simply missed the volume slider for the 'phone' part when I adjusted the volume for the overall PDA. So problem 1 is 'fixed' now, sorry
Now for problem 2:
> 2) It always plays through the loudspeaker, rather than through the headphones when I have them attached
I've found out that the ringtone actually does play through the headphones when they're attached (the loudspeaker was too loud before for me to hear the ringtone through the headphones), but it also plays through the loudspeaker as well.
ie. with headphone attached, on an incoming call, the ring comes through both my headphone and the PDA's loudspeaker.
So, is there a way to have the ringtone play only through the headphones (and not through the loudspeaker) if the headphones are attached? And only have the ringtone play through the loudspeaker if no headphones are attached?
thanks again
Has any one else have issue with this? I have tried apple and samsung headphones that have volume controls on the headphone wire and both of them pause audio play back if you try to turn the volume up or down. I tried this in Google Music and Beyond Podcast and same issue. If I press volume up then playback pauses.
i know that certain wired headphones WON'T control volume on Android devices - especially Apple buds.
I welcome you. for half a year I own the Huawei P9 Lite VNS-31.
I have tested all possible ROMs and with all I had the following problem.
I have not much time to search all forums, so I question directly.
following problem.
Audio volume as quiet as it gets. then I press once the loud button is the sound too loud, I press volume button minus the sound is mute.
I can not reach the volume level I want to have. which disturbs me playing, listening to music, etc.
How can I fix this? Greeting Stevo
