Hi all,
I was on LineageOs stock without Gapps first, then Lineage without Gapps and Franco Kernel and now with Resurrection Remix Treble AIO and MounKernel.
Whatever what ROM I'm using I still have this localisation in progress icon on the status bar even with location deactivated...
Any idea?

Maybe you have accidentally selected that night light is automatically turned on from sunset to sunrise?
@meatloaf42
It could have been that indeed on some ROM but on RR you don't have that option, LiveDisplay is only related to the time, not the localisation...
But thank you for the suggestion!
Any other idea what could trigger this localisation icon?
Up?

So a week ago i noticed that there were no quick toggle when i pulled down on the status bar twice. Instead, there is only the brightness slider. Then, I was on the latest CM12 Nightly with Xposed installed. I double checked everything and nothing was weird with my notification panel settings, so i decided to flash BlissPop to see if the problems would persist. I set up BlissPop and it was fine for a few days, but then the quick toggles disapeared again. Now i am on the latest CM12 Nightly again and they are gone, just the brightness slider. Maybe its gravitybox but i dont see anything that would do this...
Thanks guys

Afaik, Xposed/Gravitybox aren't exactly stable/a finished product. You should know that.
Remove Gravitybox and Xposed. Reflash current ROM. Does that return QS toggles?
I searched around and couldn't find anyone with a similar issue.
I'm running the most recent Bliss build on my G900T Tmobile S5 using the stock kernel. I've tried (and love) Boeffla's klte kernel for CM13 on both Bliss and stock CM13 (as per his recommendation). On both builds, I encounter the same issues after flashing Boeffla kernel, and I was just wondering if anyone could offer some advice. Both test flashes are completely clean. I've tried flashing the kernel with and without gApps on both ROMs.
When I flash the kernel, I lose all of my pull-down toggles (Wifi, Bluetooth, location, etc), as well at the "gear" icon in the status bar. Additionally, no incoming notifications are displayed in the notification bar from any app, although the notification sound still fires off. I dug through the settings and the options to restore them have disappeared as well.
I also lose Bluetooth functionality and root. I tried to grab a log file to see what was happening, but the Bluetooth Share FC's would not let me do anything in the ROM after a few minutes of being powered on. Bluetooth will work fine for about 30 seconds, then start producing errors from the Bluetooth Share apk. Eventually the seetings toggle itself freezes and only restarting the phone "fixes" it. I tried re-installing root with many different apps (Chainfire's, SuperSU, etc), but to no avail.
For now, I'm back on Bliss with the stock kernel, running smoothly.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Boeffla Kernel is excellent, and I really miss intellidemand >.>
Thanks!
The Bluetooth issue is from the upstream cm13 code base it came about around 06/06 on the nightlies there are posts scattered throughout all of the builds based on cm13. So far haven't heard of a fix.

went through all the steps properly and no matter what i do i cant get gapps to flash properly. running the latest CM13 and flashed gapps right after flashing CM13, i get to the set up screens, problem is touch screen doesn't properly function. when i hit the next button after choosing language it does respond, it shows a quick drop down from the top (looks like a notifications bar) and a little lock symbol appears on the bottom of the screen....aggravated been working on this for hours, tried multiple gapps and still the same thing, any ideas?
It is not a problem with Gapps, it is CM13 bug. The author is aware and working on it

I know that there is a method to unlock the bootloader of the V35, and that seems to be the only prerequisite to get a treble GSI on a device. I was wondering if anyone here has tried a GSI on the V35? I'd love to try an AOSP experience on the V35, but I'm unaware of the potential issues that may come from using GSI's on the V35.
EDIT: For anyone that wants to know how treble GSIs(specifically HavocOS 2.9) are on the LG V35; it's pretty buggy and unusable in its initial state(audio not working through audio jack, buggy vibration, double tap to wake not working, auto brightness, etc). To remedy some of the issues, I created an overlay for the V35(which I will attach to this post) that fixes the jack audio(not sure if the DAC is working though), the vibration, and auto brightness. Just put the overlay into /system/overlay/ and reboot 1-2 times. The overlay makes HavocOS 2.9 usable enough as a daily driver for me; the only immediate large issue I still have is that double tap to wake still doesn't work.
GSI in general lack the following feature:
VoLTE
Resolution switch
Double tap to wake
DAC
Screen Casting/Mirroring
Always on Display (Can be 'fixed' by using an overlay, refer to https://github.com/phhusson/vendor_hardware_overlay/tree/master/LG/G7 )
Pie GSI in general works, some have vibration issue that can be fixed by patching the device fingerprint with the original V35 one.
Working ones:
Havoc OS
ArrowOS
AOSIP
Lineage
Common problem with Q GSI:
Most won't boot (can possibly be fixed by applying the selinux permissive patch
Screen won't light up after device goes to sleep
WiF's not working properly
Q GSI that boots:
Some of the ErfanGSIs

Thanks! How did you go about installing the GSIs? Even though they sound glitchy, I would like to try a GSI. I am currently running stock rooted.

Well, you can try "following" the instructions here (only works if you are on stock Pie): https://github.com/kaneorotar/LG-V35-Tinkering-Instructions (haven't had time to write the English version)
Basically you need to first install TWRP, then flash the Universal DM-Verity, ForceEncrypt zip, followed by Formatting Data and you will be good to go.
Hello everyone,
Please inform me how could i fix the battery status (check the status with one button touch while switched off) in my OS (DOTOS4 & opeapps pico). I have tried to install via twrp the file fixbattery.zip but i didn't succeed...

Sorry... No idea
Best to flash another rom if you experience issues with your current custom rom.
