Hello all,
I have Marshmallow installed and want go back to Lollipop without unlocking bootloader. I flashed HUAWEI P8 Lite Rollback transition Package(ALE-L21, From Android 6.0 EMUI 4.0 to Android 5.0 EMUI 3.1, C900B500). Which Lollipop firmware i should flash now in order to revert to Lollipop? I tried:
ALE-L21 V100R001C185B120
ALE-L21 V100R001C432B049
ALE-L21C432B133
ALE-L21C432B171
but none of them won't install - Update failed message is showing up.
Thanks in advance!

You have to get lollipop firmware with cust
C900 .....
You failed in above because they were C185 .C432 C432 and C432 respectively
Thanks, but i can't find any lollipop firmware with C900 number. In most countries and regions pages in huawei official site there is C900B500 transition package, but none of them have C900 lollipop firmware number. Is there any chance to go to C432 (Europe) version without unlocking bootloader?

Without unlocking bootloader its not possible....BTW isn't B500 lollipop ????
No, it is not lollipop, it's some kind of transition package from Marshmallow to Lollipop... I don't know why do they put that C900B500 transition package on the official site if we can't use it anyway. Now I am forced to unlock phone even it's under warranty. At first I have Balong bug, then I flash vendor from C432B049 and that fixed it. Then I want to go back to Lollipop and find that transition package... And now I stuck... Thanks anyway!
Please help I can't get the transition package to install it just fails everytime at 4%
Hi,
I am currently on VNS-L22C636B150.
Firmware finder shows I can update to B153 and B360. I tried B153, it soft bricked my phone and when it did work, no Google services would work. Is it possible to update directly from B150 to B360? And if so, why are there 3 different files on firmware finder? Which one am I meant to use?
edit - the changelog for B150 and B153 is identical. However, B150 is EMUI 4.1.1, while B153 showed EMUI 4.1.2.
Your phone is frp locked?
Hello I have 3 P9 Lite, all bought in Croatia from t-com/ t-mobile.
2 are the same dual sim version C432
1 is single sim C150
only one of the dual sim's got the official update to B371. And it's working fine.
I was trying to update the other 2 manually, with HiCare, and using firmware finder, but without success.
When I download via firmware finder and start the update I get the message ; Update failed wrong system version ( For B432 I was downloading VNS-L31C432B371 type: FullOTA-MF-PV)
Then I discovered that I got different build number and AP version (project menu- veneer Information's - version info);
1'st single sim : Build no. VNS L31C150B121 AP version: VNS-C900B121
2'nd dual sim : Build no. VNS-L31B432B160 AP version VNS-C900B160
is that normal? or is that the cause that I cant update firmware with firmware finder.
Also when I change model number in finder to c900 it doesn't find any firmware.
I'd like to update phones to B371 without unlocking them since they all have valid warranty.
Any suggestions, thoughts ?
EDIT: I was bale to update second dual sim device to B370
Yes, it is corect.
For uptading ok to B371 your firmware have to be B160/B161 and not B121
Hello!
I am from Romania and I own an unlocked SM-G935F. I am currently in Germany for a week, where the Oreo update has oficially been released. Is there any way for me to get it because I am here? Simply going to manual software update does not do the trick.
Doesn't matter that you are in a country where Oreo has been released. Is about your csc code of phone when comes to OTA update. You can flash Oreo via Odin if you want to have it before will be released as ota update
Has anyone managed to downgrade bootloader from 2 to 1 with odin. This is obviously marshmallow as nougat only has BL2.It's easy for me to downgrade as long as it is BL2 from nougat to marshmallow and back to nougat now done it at least 10 times.Marshmallow started with BL1 on the J510FN before updating to BL2 but I believe Samsung efuse the upgraded bootloader so it is not possible to downgrade the bootloader to BL1 but Mm downgrades with BL2 no problem.Anyone managed to downgrade from 2 to 1.Odin is fail everytime marshmallow firmware is flashed with bootloader 1.
