I9505XXUAMDD o2 UK firmware needed (not hotfiles though pleass)

Hello,
is there anyone who here would be kind enough to have the official UK O2 version of the firmware for My S4 that they could share please? ideally not via hotfiles though.
Torrent or nzb perhaps?
The version I am looking for is I9505XXUAMDD.
Really hope someone could help me?

when i say minutes Scott i mean an hour, for some reason my connections being throttled at the minute. hope it helps cheers
