Introduction:
3 or 4 years ago i coded a fastboot and adb tool for the most HTC devices. I thought i make a new one with GUI.
This tool should help Users to flash via fastboot and do things with ADB( or for the lazy ones who don't want to type the commands ).

It should work on most android devices.
The Tool is currently in testing status a step by step tutorial is comming soon.

What is TWRP?​
The TWRP team is a community that works on open source, to open the doors in modification, system recovery and more.​

We recommend that you download the latest version of TWRP for your device!
Sometimes firmware updates for a device break compatibility.
If you have not updated the firmware on your device, it may be that the latest version of TWRP is not working for you.
I recommend trying to use an older version.
Downloading a TWRP from another device, no matter how similar, can lead to malfunction.​

Step by step​
1- Turn on the phone in BOOTLOADER MODE, (Turn off the cell | Hold the (VOL-) + (POWER) button until the green robot appears);
2- Download the latest version of TWRP;
3- It executes the file INSTALL TWRP Vx.x.x.x.exe, (Obs. It will open the PROMPT DE COMMANDO);
4- Yes to start!
5- Allow! for the program to run as administrator;
6- Turn off the phone in fastboot mode (hold the power + download button);
7- Check if the device ID was located above (fastboot xxxxxxxxxx);
8- Choose option 1 - FASTBOOT if you do not install TWRP use option 2 - mFastboot;
9- Ready! TWRP is already installed, it goes into Recovery Mode (cell will restart);
10- The TWRP will open with the chosen version;
So that's it folks, I hope I have helped, and please be careful when it's time to use!​

EDIT: Glad you got it straightened out.
He explained this isn't to compete with @bhb27 efforts, but to be able to flash TWRP without typing in fastboot commands. It's to make it easier to use TWRP. It's not a redundant thread, like it looked at first glance.

WHAT IS TWRP?
Team Win Recovery Project is a custom recovery for Android devices.
It allows you to back up and restore your data, flash custom ROM's to your device, repair broken file systems, and root your device.

Make sure you bootloader is UNLOCKED before you try to flash the device with TWRP. Please Follow the Guide Here.
HOW TO FLASH:
Open the folder where your TWRP Recovery .img file is saved.
Then open a CMD window inside that folder. To do that, Shift + Right click on any empty white space inside the folder and then select Open command window here.
Connect your Android device to the PC. Type the following into the command window to boot your device into bootloader/fastboot mode: adb reboot bootloader
Once your device boots into bootloader mode, type this into the command line.
fastboot flash recovery twrp_recovery_3.2.1-0_garlic.img
Once TWRP is successfully flashed on your device, type this final command to reboot your device.
fastboot reboot and hold the volume up key

NOTE:
This is fully supported with latest source and it supports upcoming treble ROMs and Oreo builds.
You can gain root access on the 7.1.2 firmware by flashing latest Magisk from magisk

It's because actually decryption is not working in the twrp

64-bit cpu (32-bit mode)

Use Project Treble and install AOSP Rom to fully 64bit, some reason Samsung OneUI had not to allow J7 Pro to use fully 64bit

1.Remove all account like google account, samsung account, etc
2. Install TWRP (basically a program for installing system update)
3. Update TWRP to SHRP (basically another program for installing system update)
4. In SHRP flash repartition zip which is necessaryyou can click on flash buttton and select zip)
