I am flashing stock rom on my A7 2016 phone (A710-FD to be exact) using ODIN and everytime flashing is done and it's time for first boot up, It just displays boot logo for a second or two and there will be no display/power. I have tried using different regions/different versions of ODIN and all the same. What should I do? I'm feeling kinda desperate

I was trying to dual boot using the patcher app and had tried installing kangakat ROM as a secondary. Flashed and got stuck in a boot loop, couldn't get into recovery. Can get into download mode and have tried flashing a prerooted stock rom, which completed successfully. But wouldn't boot past the glowing Samsung logo, couldn't get into recovery still to wipe cacjhe/reset, so flashed pit file, still the same, tried flashing just a custom recovery and still the same, tried firmware with the pit file and still cat boot.
So everything seemed to flash OK via Odin, but still stuck with a phone that doesn't boot and I can't get into recovery. Anybody ideas as I have just about ran out, the only thing I can try is flashing an official stock firmware but I'm not holding out much hope.

Update:
Got sorted!! Pheeeeww!
When trying to boot recovery I held power and volume up, then released the power button but held volume up, got into recovery instead of booting then looping again. Sounds so simple but really thought I had really messed something up.

It's an AT&T S5. I messed with the build.prop to try to spoof another phone, and wound up having the Android UI appear tiny and crash whenever I booted to the home screen. I tried to fix this problem by flashing earlier stock firmware with Odin, but now my phone freezes every time it boots up. It will load until the Samsung logo animation, then freeze mid-animation, and the screen will go black with my led light in the corner blue. I have to pull the battery out.
Every soft brick solution I see is to flash stock firmware, but it doesn't seem to be working. I flash G900AUGU1ANCE 4.4.2, the AP, CP and CSC files, but the phone still boots up with the the CUSTOM appearing at initial boot with the unlocked padlock graphic. Usually that goes away after flashing older firmware. SO despite flashing older firmware, it still boots and freezes. I can boot into Recovery mode and Download mode, so the phone is not all the way gone. I try wiping data and cache in Recovery, but that doesn't fix anything. I am at my wit's end. Can anyone help fix this?

I'm having the same problem after installing and using the TWRP app on my ATT S5. I tried reflashing the stock rom using odin and it says successful but the phone never boots. It only makes it to the Samsung logo then the screen goes black. I've heard that if the phone is on lollipop which mine is you have to downgrade to kitkat first then flash the stock files.
If your fone boot in recovery perform a full vipe and format system and after go in download mode end use odin for flash all file bootloader, modem ,PIT file for partition find the pit file for ur device modell in xda
S7 Edge stuck at first boot screen. (NOT SECOND BOOT SCREEN WITH "SAMSUNG" LOGO)
My phone is rooted, with TWRP and flashed with this ROM. (https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/development/android-nougat-7-0-beta-1-rom-test-t3498664)
The phone was working perfectly fine and I wanted to reboot into recovery mode however it is stuck at the very first screen. The screen where it says galaxy s7 edge and powered by android. Correct me if I'm wrong but most of the problems with a custom ROM occur at the second boot screen where it just says SAMSUNG. I can access download mode but not recovery mode. I'm not sure what to do.
Nope, some problems occur at first bootscreen when the problem is with your kernel or something else.
Just reflash stock with odin and the reinstall twrp.

Hi all, so after trying to get rid of the FRP on my Galaxy S7 with Odin, I essentially bricked my phone and now it is stuck on a boot loop at first it was with the Samsung Logo screen, but I decided to screw up even more and now it is stuck on a boot loop that only displays "RECOVERY BOOTING" unable to get into the recovery it just sits there with the blue letters popping up. The files that I ended up flashing that bricked my phone were within this following thread just for reference. I was confused on what images to flash so I ended up flashing two of them a custom BOOT image and a RECOVERY image. Unable to succeed as the phone ended up on a boot loop. Any help is welcome. Thanks.

Try to reach odin download mode
Restart your phone using power home vol down and keep holding it until you reach the bootloader.
Hit OK to reach odin and flash Twrp version 3.2.2.0 hero2lte version.
Using odin 3.13 tick the ap box and flash the twrp recovery version 3.2.2.0 by pressing start.
Reach recovery by force starting power home vol down then immediately holding power home vol up to reach twrp.
even if you can't reach twrp you should be able to flash an official stock android os using the ap box in odin.
If your having bootloops it helps to flash only 1 check box at a time.
In short flash stock firmware then enable the oem unlock in developers options to disable the frp lock.
