[Q] Need guidance for upgrading from p3400i!

Hello guys!
It's been 3 years I am using P3400i and now I want to change it!
I am from India and my budget is around 15000-20000 INR. please guide me which handset will be a great deal?
I need: 3g, wifi and secondary camera
Please reply with your suggestions! I believe a lot on you guys!
