i want to know if the gear vr 2016 can work with the galaxy s8 ? i think there is no problem as it comes with usb type c adapter as it meant to work on the note 7 ?

Both S8/S8+ fit fine.

gear vr 2016 is made for USB C. the adapter is actually for micro USB

Is there any way that we can get the Always on display like on the S7 just for the s5 neo
