Well, I had chance to see it on my own eyes. And I must say something, what wasn't in any review. During there is no physical buttons, the metal frame looks pretty solid. I mean there are no weak spots. Just remember jerryrigseverything ultra bend test, where holes for buttons was pretty weak... After all U12+ has really solid frame and i'm really excited for bend test.
Thumb up for HTC.

The Honor View20 has an amazing build. The border feels like a high quality metal while the back plate has a lighter plastic feel. This leaves the weight of the phone on the frame which makes for a really nice feel.

The Honor 20 Lite has a solid of strong metal frame around the rim, with a hard plastic back. The phone looks nice, but the cheapness of the back plastic become apparent when you tap on it.

always in danger of cracking it.
Built like a brick. Made of metal
Seriously JerryriEverythings video said it all.
The phone feels solid, doesn't give way when bent and won't be scratching easily.
Seriously feels solid.

It feels really good on the hand
Kind of heavy compared with the Mi A2 but looks like a premium phone
definitely a very high quality feel. it is like a better version of m9 with larger battery and nicer colors, while not being a lot heavier. i think xiaomi is differentiating itself from redmi in that it'll use higher quality materials and quality control and it shows on my devices. some take-apart videos from china also lends support to this.
Very good quality in the hand, feels that the materials are really premium, however, in the back, the sound feels a bit hollow when touched. On the front, the screen has a light oleophobic layer that helps to clean it, although it seems somewhat improvable.

I love heavy phones, they have a feeling of good materials, strong and heavy duty. ROG 3 is no exception. Despite having a glass back, it does not feels slippery. Grip on the sides is good and with a nice painted metallic feeling. Feels comfortable on the hand, but be aware that if you have small hands, you will suffer.
