hello guys can any one build cm 12.1 for galaxy grand prie ve 3g can't find any build anywhere , and don't know how to target the device in building

I was wondering if it is possible to develop cyanogenmod 14 or cyanogenmod 14.1 for Lenovo K4 Note, because we already have cyanogenmod 13 because it was not CM14, I wanted a developer to help us or to take the steps to develop a cyanogemod ROM.
