hello how can i root a lg k8 m200n i tried with all the programs does not want i can not put any fastboot mode i need to reset security that has ubdate ota to it and now it imei null

This is a very popular model, which I have as well. It would be great if we could install LineageOS. There seems to be no reply still to this query. Has no-one tried to make a LineageOS ROM for the M200n ?

Ok, so everyone with LG leon have H345 or H340 kernel and enjoying Android 5.1.1.
But my Leon ( bought in october 2015 ), has a kernel H32410C with Android 5.0.1.
I Tried update via mobile, LG PC Suite or LG Support tool but to no avail.
I might require some MAJOR help here. pretty pls.
p.s ; on net i saw t mobile and metropcs leon each giving out their own updates.
I would first suggest making a backup after rooting and installing twrp, since the old version allows you to unlock the bootloader, and newer version do not !!

I have the 10f, and can not unlock my bootloader to upgrade to MM Android 6.0, so if you do get a backup made via twrp, please let me know here.

I need a custom recovery for my LG MAGNA H520g
There are customs recoverys for Lg magna but for this particular version (h520g) it doesn't work...
Anyone who knows about a custom recovery for this version or how to create it ?

I have an old LG G2 device (LG D802T) LTE variant I tested to install Lineage OS 16 on it knowing, it supports only the LG D802 but I still try it and unfortunately it didn't work (good thing I made a backup) do you have any suggestion for me to install any custom rom for my device that could work?

Problem solved!
Updated my TWRP by flashing the TWRP provided in blastgator
I can now flash the latest Lineage OS just fine.
Any chance you can explain this in more detail? I have the D802T (Australian variant) and haven’t had any success with getting LineageOS installed. Currently running the stock Lollipop build.
I can root the phone via the LG One Click Root tool. But after installing AutoRec for the D802, I can’t get into the OS anymore - it just cycles between the LG logo and “Security Error”.
I’m able to update the TWRP via the Blastigstor zip’s...but once I download the LineageOS nightly zips and try to flash them, they fail at the first step with an ERROR 7 message - unsure if this is because its looking for a D802 and my phone is a D802T.
Any suggestions?

I have a LG V20 910 (att version) that has never been flashed and last security patch was March 2017. Roll back is allowed. I am trying to install TWRP. I am currently looking over the guides mentioned in this forum. Is there anything new I should be aware of?
