Installation Instructions
ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
Make sure you do Backup First!
After booting into recovery, you need to do a factory reset.
Then reboot into recovery again.
Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik/art cache, data
Flash Rom Zip file and gapps
Reboot
Coming from another rom/clean install:
Reboot to recovery.
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
Rooting:
Ground Zero ROMs are not shipped rooted. Flash your favorite root apps like Magisk/SuperSU or any other. After flashing, your device may boot twice before boot animation, don't worry it'll be fine after that.
Theming:
Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app. Some themes may have a little catching up to do, have fun testing them!
Reporting Issues:
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.
Few Notes:
Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.
Selinux is permissive for now.
Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

How about network drop bug in oreo?

It's because of Google dialer use stock dialer(use micro or below gapps) it will solve you problem.

I use Aroma Gapps and Install Google Dialer no issues of network drop,
Network drop occur when phone gets hot,
This will be fixed Soon.

Next build can you put Burn in protection .. Or colour calibration
My screen got burn in issue .. After using this setting My screen no more facing the same problem.. Really appreciate it if you put burn in protection

->The updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.

->Google killed Substratum support in Pie. You can use it, however, you need to be rooted. We don't support rootless Substratum.

Thanks! The Rom is really great, butter smooth and with all the customization, only thing its missing is full disk encryption, as when i tried, it just reboots.
I also noticed that Mac Randomization is missing as well under wifi settings, its a security feature introduced with Android 10, if you can enable that would be great. Thanks again!!

FAQ
1) Will there be regular updates?
Atleast once/month, usually after aosp security patch is merged.
Apart from that, Ill release a new build in case of major bugs that breaks the ROM to be used as daily driver.
2) Reporting bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if
• if you didn't perform a clean install.
• if you're running a custom kernel.
• if you've installed Xposed.
• if you're using battery/thermal mods.
3) How to report bugs?
• Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.
• Mention what custom stuffs you've installed in the rom, like Magisk modules, etc.
• If the problem disappears after disabling selinux, disable SELinux and grab logs using SysLog app.
• If its a random reboot, grab dmesg. [Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless.]
4) Disabling SELinux
Needs root. You can disable SELinux via the following options.
• SELinux Mode Inverter Magisk module
• SELinuxModeChanger App
• Terminal Emulator App
To disable SELinux using a terminal emulator, run the following commands

The rom runs very smoothly. No laggy animation. Just a few minor stuff, there is no rounded corners and boot animation is 16:9 for some reason. Other than those, it's perfect.

There is no overheating issue.

bugs
version 20200227 does not start, infinite loop of startup.
the first version had problems with telephone calls, it went silent a few times on the call. On whatsapp it was silent on voice messages and to get it back to work I had to restart

Bluetooth crashing for anyone else? As soon as I try to play some music through it, the service and system app Bluetooth crashes. Logs: del.dog/vihexophev.txt Then immediately the bluetooth turns on, connects to my headphones and crashes again and enters an endless loop of crashing and restarting as long as I try to listen to music. Magisk installed, youtube vanced is the only module I have.

first of all, @prakaship78 thank You very much for Your effort in developing for this device! I'm more than inclined to donate You for Your work, please keep it up.
Secondly, unfortunately, the installation failed for me. :crying:
I wanted highly customizable and stable ROM, I did a lot of research before I installed unofficial build of Havoc from @Shobhit31107 yesterday. I loved the ROM and everything went just smooth for me. I read a lot about all the traps that could come up with laurel_sprout but the installation was with no issue. So I was coming to this [ROM]-Havoc-OS-3.2-[10.0]-[Unofficial]
Today I saw Your build and was very pleased. Once I saw Your nickname I already knew, that You are very supportive in terms of our device and that You know what You're doing. But unfortunately I didn't manage to get Your build to work. Whatever instructions I follow it takes me only to Fastboot or Recovery I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I've tried with Your steps in OP, this PDF and also tried with changing A/B slots. Nothing worked
I would love to keep on with Havoc OS and having it official with OTA would be the best and I wouldn't hesitate a second with the donation. I wanted to send a small motivational amount but I didn't find Your paypal account.. I would like to support You to provide a full functional ROM to our device and once I'd be able to get it to work, I will consider supporting Havoc OS developers (even though it is a little selfish)
Edit: Successfully installed back @Shobhit31107 build by PDF guide with no issues (Clean flash).

For me the only problem is the android auto which is not working in my car, it freezes when i connect the USB cable.

First you need to flash stock a10 zip on both slots and make it boot
After that wipe dalvik, system,data
Flash rom zip,twrp installer
Reboot to system

I just installed the ROM, and apart from a bluetooth crash that solved itself from rebooting, everything looks fine and it feels nice, except the fingerprint sensor, which flickers A LOT and doesn't work at all, so I can't setup my fingerprint no matter what I try.
Thanks for the effort, and looking forward to a fix.

Is there any way to add face unlock in this rom? I really like this feature in miui but I'd like to try havoc os.

Do this steps:
1. Reboot to TWRP
2. Wipe System, Cache
3. Format Data (So you need to backup whatever you have in your phone)
4. Install Stock Android 10 on Slot A. after finishing, Switch to Slot B from Reboot menu and install it again.
5. Install TWRP installer. and reboot to Recovery.
6. Again Format Data
7. Install The Havoc OS Rom
8. Install TWRP installer
9. Reboot to recovery
10. Flash Gapps (if you installed non gapps version) and Reboot..
If you want to use magisk, install it after first boot.

I used Havoc on my last 3 or 4 phones and I also compiled (last year), unofficial versions of GSI (Treble) images.
I'm looking forward moving to Havoc, however I have too concerns:
1. The Android 10 stock seems not official and after the first fiasco release, pulled out. Is the unofficial v11.0.8.0 of Android 10 safe to install?
2. Which TWRP img and zip files are you using for Android 10? The official one (and the unofficial zip files) seems to be build for Pie (Android 9) vendor.
3. As we're not flashing no_fde file, can we encrypt the phone using Havoc 3.3?
I suppose, as said in OP, that this Havoc 3.3 version can't be flashed at the top of a stock 9 firmware (vendor, etc.) + AOSP Android 10 version. Am I right that to use Havoc 3.3 I need to flash Android 10 from fastboot before?

Yes, you need to flash 10 firmware on both slots in order to have 10 vendor, then it will be ok to flash the rom
And you can use the unofficial twrp available on xda to flash the rom

Sorry my fault, I was confused with the other camera app which i installed and didn't notice I wasn't using the default camera app. Anyway thanks for your answer, everything works fine with the roms camera app.
And one more question (not very similar with the ROM, excuse me)
How can i disable the second sim (obviously with magisk i think) and can i schedule on-off?

For other user information, the ROM support disabling sim card (i was looking on the wrong place)
To disable sim card go to:
Settings- network & internet - sims - select the sim card - and togle the switch on/off to use Sim card.
If anyone knows any way to schedule on/off Sim card please let me know.

Worst rom for battery and charging

I am using this rom more than 1 month and battery life is not bad compared to stock rom.

i got OTA update notification.
rom downloaded by updater,
rebooted to recovery, but "error" during update.
at last i freshly installed again.

La carga rapida no funciona solo se activa cuando conectas el teléfono luego se activa la carga lenta eso es molesto.

La carga rápida se pone lenta ..es el único detalle que habría que mejorar

Notes
• Encryption is enabled by default
• SELinux is enforcing
• VantomKernel v4.14.276 included
PixelOS Recovery is recommended if you want to stay encrypted, no custom recovery supports encryption on Android12, i.e. you won't be able to decrypt your data.​
Flashing Instructions
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM):
• Download ROM from the link above
• Reboot to recovery
• Format data (if encrypted)
• Wipe cache, dalvik, data
• Flash latest android 12 global stable firmware (link above)
• Flash ROM zip
• Reboot and voila!
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
• Flash ROM zip
• Wipe cache and dalvik (optional, recommended)
• Reboot and voila!

Install Instagram and delete it then it won't open...or if you don't login to your account and close the app , you won't be able to open the app again.
