Hi!
I'd like to mod the spotify app so my miui rom can detect the app as a musicplayer. Right now i cant use my bluetooth headset to controll the app.
To do what i want i know that i need to add the line "Android.intent.action.MUSIC_PLAYER" to the "AndroidManifest.xml" file.
I've tried this with no success, so i wonder if someone could help me?

Thank you for your help, but the first file i don't even know how to install and the sencond file after changing the name to *.apk instead of *.apk.zip astro don't show any install button?

Oops the first file is the wrong file sorry. And the second is the file for the .apk, open it with Eclipse and you can make the changes you want. I'll upload the actual apk file when I get home again. Sorry about that.

im currently using hyperion 8 with its buildin kernel ̣̣̣̣- savie. im unable to select a third party keyboard. i check the box but it dont show up in input method? only samsung keypad
i flash hell lock. problem solved, but apps keep force close and UIDs inconsistent error
so i flash back savie. i even try to move my 3rd party app- Go Tieng Viet 3 into system/app/... and change permission. it just keep force close
please answer me asap. please please
If you place a system app manually in the app folder you may have to manually put the lib files in the lib folder - unzip the apk to see if there are any
Failure to copy the lib files to lib folder will cause the force close
alternatively install any app you want in system with system app installer (playstore) and it will do it all for you
Hi....my friend accidentally unninstall camera app. i tried to install as normal app but show error application not installed. when i try other way from other thread by copy camera.apk to system/app its nothing happened. can someone help ?

you also need to set the correct permissions for the apk - its rw-r-r (use a root browser to changer permissions)
another way is to delete the apk from the system/app folder and then install it using system app installer (playstore)
then restart

When I was trying to install apps from apk file I was unable to click on install button and also same problem was faced during deactivation of trusted app
Solution:
U just need to create new user and install any app using storage file manager in settings because u can't access ur memory in file manager ,find any apk and just after clicking on install button now u just switch user and now ur problem is solved same u can follow for deactivation problem

Can someone please do an export of the File app (apk export) - q_release_aml_patch_291601900 ?
See attachments screenshots.
I uninstalled mine because it was keeping to apear on homescreen and now I can't give access to Poweramp folder select (as a crash of that app).
I don't know if it's a Poweramp issue or I did a mistake to uninstall that app.
BTW, I don't understand why have two file manager.
