The kernel is what determines whether this is supported or not, you need to find a kernel that supports undervolting.

How to resize the FAT32 partition?

Hey. The title kinda says it all. How does one resize the fat32 partition when using smaller images on bigger sd? Because the fat32 is first partition and free space is kinda the last partition. So how would one go about it?
