This beacause I really would have an Occidental CSC.

As it's a HK Note, you have to go do some reading as they work differently to the Intl Note 3, @FeralFire has been looking into ways to help HK note users flash different firmwares, click his name in this post, and check his post history and read what he has wrote. He also has a guide to help you through errors which occur on the HK note.

Hi boys (and ladies), please do somebody know about solution, how put Czech (European) language into Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900T (USA T-Mobile version)? I am soooooo sad ... For N900 (international version Note 3) is CSC with Czech, but I think that for N900T = mission impossible?

1- You better ask in the box for the N900T: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-tmobile
2- AFAIK, N900T has the same hardware with the N9005 (international) so you cannot flash N900 firmware. However you may flash N9005 firmware. But to ensure if it works you should ask in the box for N900T.
3- Once you have flashed N9005 firmware, you can use "CSC Changer" tool to change the CSC to your region (Czech). 'CSC Changer' tool can be found in my app Phone INFO ★Samsung★.

Look 4 "language enabler". Copy paste in Google or xda search. Maybe that works.

if u try to odin flash this it wont pass, and if u prince comey odin, and if u do BL u will brick ur device.. heard it already happened.
Also interested in that question, or if is not possible to flash SM-G9500/8 then how it would be possbile to add more languages such as Russian or Romanian etc. It would be
cool to exist a G950U1 USA clean firmware with language options of G950F.

If the phone is running stock firmware, you could enter the csc menu to see what carriers are supported by dialling *#272*Phone’s IMEI Here# with no spaces. Changing the csc will factory reset the phone.

I wonder if anyone knows if I have the SM-G988N ver it's ok to download a different version that not the Korean version.
Let's say I have the SM-G988N can I download SM-G988U1 firmware https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-s20-ultra/firmware/#SM-G988U1 ?
Why? I have the Korean version and it's in English but the apps in Korean and every app is a Korea Samsung link like the water and everything.
