System apps not updating in S8 Oreo - Samsung Galaxy S8 Questions and Answers

hi guys,
can you help me out here,
I am getting the 'App not installed' error while while updating system apps through apk files like Messages, Contacts, Gallery etc. (Oreo, Non-rooted)
In Galaxy Note 5, I am able to update them easily with no problem (Nougat, Non-rooted)
I dont want root in my device.
Is there any possible way I can update them easily because the built-in apps are much older.

[Q] Backdoored Apps

Hey guys, I just want to ask these couple of questions:
1. I want to download an apk from an unknown source (not from google play). Given if it has a backdoor or something in it, will it be removed after I uninstalled it?
2. Is there a way to know if the application is backdoored or not before installing to my device?
3. Is there some applications that automatically blocks an app if it access for example my contacts, gallery or emails?
4. Are there apps that on the permission screens, all are not listed? Let's say on the permission popout only access to gallery is shown but the app can access my messages. Is it possible?
Thanks for the response guys.
I have a Galaxy s4 i9505. Android 4.3 unrooted.

App not installed. Package Conflicts

Hello!!
My phone is an S7 Edge with Android 7.0. I am trying to manually install updates from apps included in the stock, like the calendar, messages ... etc. However I can not do it because it gives me this error: " App not installed. The package conflicts cith an existing package by te same name".
Please, can someone help me with this?
Uninstall the app and install the newest. If you have still the problem try install over ADB. Then you can see package name with conflict and uninstall it.
Hi,
You're trying to install two apps with the same package name, in Android data system the apps you install have its data saved in a folder with the format /data/*package name*/, therefore if two apps use the exact same package name and have different signatures (that is, one is not the update of another) you won't be able to install it.
As suggested, try to uninstall the stock apps and then install again manually. However I do not think you'll be able to do it, due to the nature of stock apps being installed in system partition. So for manually installing an stock app you'll first need to uninstall it, and that usually requires superuser privileges.

That is the answer I have searched for days. You know APKMIRROR right? I am on unrooted SM-G935F (s7 edge) and I was not able to install any system apps before. But in apkmirror, some people uploaded newer versions of system apps and there was one visible difference: older versions which I cannot install was with android head icon, but newer version had it's own app icon next to the name, and that installed for me. For example s8 launcher (touchwiz home). I always got package error when tried to download versions with android head, and when someone uploaded version with its own icon, it installed. Can you explain this?
And now im waiting for new versions of s8 weather widget because there is no version available with the app icons....
All you need to to to install Touchwiz 9.0 is to encript device, and afterward install will go smoothly (All other experience 9.0 apps can be installed too).(Samsung S6, Android 7.0, December security patch).

My Questions about g900f

Hello, Since I do a lot with Rom, I wanted to ask you for your knowledge, ...
My questions are:
1. How can I get the stick apps from the S5, such as Touchwiz, System UI, Settings, etc on an X-Any Rom, eg. Use LineageOS or an AOSP Rom? The question comes up, because I know many well-known, who use an S5 and find my Gemoddete Rom class. Eg. Private mode despite root I got, but the apps can not be run.
2. Root removed, all data left, all apps and features work, but the Samsung Browser (6.2 version only) detects the root and locks the Safe Mode, Does anyone know a fix? Possibly a moddet apk that can be used as a system app (no update)
3.How can I convert a twrp backup as a zip?
I thank everyone for their attention and hope for helpful answers

Recovering Stock Samsung Applications [ROOT]

Hi,
I recently rooted my Note 5, and was trying to update the following stock apps: Phone, Messages, Contacts. First, I uninstalled them all using SD Maid Pro, then downloaded the latest version of the apps (for Android 7 and +) from apkmirror. However, except for Phone, I encountered the conflicting package error. Furthermore, even after I rebooted (and tried replacing it from data/app to system/priv-app), Phone app could not be found. Currently, I have neither of the apps and cannot use my phone to call or send an SMS.
I have no intention to flash a stock ROM and lose everything I've built and set up so far.
Any help that regards to installing the latest version of the aforementioned apps is appreciated,
Thank you.
EDIT: Manually installed the apps by creating a folder with the same name as the .apk file in system/priv-app and giving the right permissions to the file (rw-r--r--) for each of the apps.

One UI 4 root issues and fixes.

Hello.
I just updated my rooted S10+ to One UI 4. Of course, everything is not working as it should, as Samsung limits feature access to rooted devices. I have installed latest Magisk (24.1), bluetooth library patch (2.4.0 by 3arthur6, whit additional steps) and universal safetynet fix (2.2.1), that passes. As I was testing all my apps, as always, I have issues whit shealth. When I open app it opens and shows my stats, but if I try to enter any menu or tab app closes whit error as in picture below. It there a way to get shealt to work?
And what else I am missing from fixes?
