Bootloader unlock code

Has anyone requested the unlock code for the boot loader? I'm waiting for an answer since Monday.

I sent one email (with everything, Model / SN IMEI1 / IMEI2 / Product ID ) to [email protected]
And I received today on acknowledge with the number 7002:
"Your request (7002) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."
I hope the acttual request is number 7001
I think, more we ask, more the support must give an answer So, you must do it ...

I imagine same of me
"Your request (XXXX) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."

According telephonic statement (vmall) there is the code exclusively on this address "[email protected]".
vmall support can not help in this regard.

I sent to [email protected] too and no answer

Maybe they have to setup it for EU model

I've emailed for my PLK-L01 and I've got the following answer :
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Huawei device.
Sorry that there have no bootloader unlock code for PLK-L01 items.
By default , you can do fastboot downloading for some images directly without Unlocking bootloader..
We suggest you'd better not root your device which would avoid the warranty and maybe cause it freeze.
Once again thank you for contacting Huawei device.

So, I've tried to flash TWRP recovery without the unlock procedure.
Unfortunately, after running the "adb reboot bootloader" command, I've got a white screen with "PHONE Locked" written on it.
No need to say, that therefore, I can't fastboot download...

Try sending request to their China email: http://consumer.huawei.com/cn/contact-us/index.htm

But what CAN be fastbooted? Thats a nonsense anwer from the support :thumbdown:

I replied to them insisting on the fact that my phone is LOCKED and I can't flash it.
They answered back quickly with my unlock code ! :good:
We'll try it when back to home.

Any proof you received the unlock code and therefore can unlock your bootloader? Do you have the email adress which you mailed your request to? Thank you so much!

I used the email address indicated on their website where you normally get the unlock code :

I have successfully unlocked PLK-L01 using that tutorial.
I then successfully bootlooped it into TWRP.
And there it will remain until I can get hold of an original ROM, I suspect

I had the same issue.
I solved this by doing this :
- Just after the small phone vibration at start of reboot, press and hold the volume down key.
- You should enter now into into bootloader (and not recovery).
- Download the archive here: http://d-h.st/R6lD
(it's from this tutorial http://www.gizdev.com/rooting-huawei-honor-7-unlockbootloader-root-install-twrp-recovery/#)
- Flash the recovery stock rom provided in this archive (via "fastboot flash recovery <stock_rom>" command).
- Reboot. Normally, you should have boot on stock recovery now.
- Press reboot and you're back in your main system !

I was able to unlock the phone with the stock recovery and then I flashed again TWRP the phone starts, but if I try to go into recovery mode the phone goes into bootloop and I have to restart back...how did u root the phone?

Unlocking Bootloader

I cannot seem to get the unlock bootloader page to load on Huawei's website. It keeps giving me a 'Server too busy, try again later' message. I have been trying for 2 weeks.
Huawei's support doesnt seem to understand me via email.
Is it being blocked somehow by my ISP? i havent seen anyone else report on this

i don't know if i can... some moderators maybe can shed some light.. if i make a thread to help others to unlock bootloader's and they give me their phone info's... on private of course, it's prohibited?

15 days logging in Huawei account, still cant' get unlock bootloader code?

I've been logging for 2 weeks, got the 15 days logging in message. Tried to get the unlock bootloader code from http://emui.huawei.com/en using the same login as I use in my phone. Got the error message:
"The Huawei ID used to apply for the unlock code has not been used on the device for more than 14 days."
Any ideas on how to fix this?

You dont need to use that method. There are instant methods like the one I used. It was on a youtube video linked somewhere in the forum I think. Search.

with this video tutorial i was able to unlock my bootloader,so give a try

I was able to unlock using the emui website straight away.
Logically, I'd suggest the following:
Sign out of your EMUI account
Try again on the site
Create a new account but don't sign in on your phone
Try to get code on site with new account
Sign in on the new account on your phone
Try to get code on site with new account

No but if you log in with Facebook on the website and try doing the bootloader unlock there, it might work - it worked for me.

Every procedure that I do gets me to the 14 day message, impossible to unlock bootloader here...

There is 2 ways to get the unlock code here

I used the first method to get unlock code for many devices and it's working all the time

I had the issue that my Huawei id with Europe number didnt get acceptet. I used Chrome to do it. Then i tried with Edge (win10 Browser from Microsoft) and that worked to Login.
And i hadnt this 14 Day prompt.

Tried all methods I could find, they did not work. I have logged with Huawei account in my device for 15 days in a row, created several Huawei accounts, and still could not unlock the bootloader...

Huawei's bootloader unlocking site is not working. It says "404 not found". Is any of you have any idea I'll be glad to hear it. Thank you in advance.

Received an email from Huawei South Africa, they are no longer providing unlock codes. Tried attaching their reply here but couldnt

Hi everyone, in case anyone of you want to unlock your bootloader now that the page is back up, you know that you'll need to get the product ID from EMUI.
if your device is bricked and you can only get to fastboot, you'll be unable to read it! I wanted to solve that problem, and that's why I've launched a product ID generator.
In order to use it, go here and type your serial number (you can read it with 'fastboot oem get-psid').
In a matter of seconds you'll have your product ID and you'll be able to unlock your bootloader!
PS: The page may be a bit slow, since the server is not as powerful as it should, I'll fix that!

https://www.emui.com/en/unlock_index - You'll still need an account to access it and from what I understand, it'll only be working for 60 days after it was updated(I believe it was updated 3 days ago? So about 56/57 more days.)
As for OP, is the website down right now? Was heading over to it, but wasn't able to load the page. Thanks in advanced, though!

This is not needed to unlock phone.
Product I'd can be read from phone without this. But was only needed to use the hauwei unlock website which is no longer online.

I'm trying to put twrp on this phone, but it seems locked. Is the product ID what I need to achieve my goal? If so, can you point me in the right direction? In another thread (ongoing), someone suggested DC unlocker. Is that the only way?

No, product ID will not help you unlock your device. As of now the only way I am aware of to unlock is the paid service such as dc-unlocker.
