I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360F):
Android 5.0.2
Baseband: G360FXXU1BOH1
KNOX: 2.3
I want to root it so I can install Titanium Backup and some other apps that need root, Xposed Framework and Gravity Box.
Where can I find an easy tutorial?
You can use Kingroot app
Thanks. Right now I don't have the smartphone, but will do it using Kingroot and see if it roots it successfully.

Are you on a custom Rom? If not you need a custom Rom.
If you're an a custom Rom you've probably flashed the wrong Xposed zip
Flash this one in TWRP

Hi there this is my first post here please don't expect from. Me anymore since I am new to mobile modification. I recently rooted my S7 Edge SM-G935F and success but when I try to flash xposed frame with flashfire but it always shows me a message xposed framework is not installed or something like that. But if I rooted with TWRP then success. I need CF-Auto-root because my root call blocker works fine but not with TWRP. One more question about CM13, was reading about the theme which was awesome. Does it support with exynos variants? Do I need CF-Auto-root root for this or TWRP?

Are you trying to flash a module before the framework? https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811 is framework

No sir, first I flash Xposed Framework with Flashfire then I installed xposed apk. Once I open xposed apk then I got message I didn't install xposed framework.
Dunno, the thread suggests booting to TWRP recovery to flash the framework. Which framework download did you use?
Ok, this is a more specific guide, SDK23 arm64
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ve...-to-notes-root-install-xposed-unroot-t3411039
The order in the guide can be confusing I guess since it shows doing modules before the framework!

Sorry sir, I don't understand since I am noob here. Well, let me brief you a little.
1- I have rooted my device with this method. (Please note that I used this method because my Root Call Blocker (RCB) app works fine with this method of root)
2- I installed flashfire on my device and tried to flash Xposed framework then installed xposed apk. (NOT working)
Further
1- If I rooted with the method of TWRP then my Root Call Blocker won't work but Xposed Framework and its apk fine.
The reason I keep Chainfire rooting method is only RCB.
If you flash Xposed with FlashFire, you have to uncheck option "mount / system read / write", if not unchecked it won't install...

Hello
Quick info
I have Samsung Note 3 n9005 ,stock rom 5.0 , rooted with chainfire root , twrp recovery installed. I really need to hide my root from banking apps. Or at least be able to install xposed on my rom so I can use rootcloack apparentlty xposed isn't compatible with Samsung phone using Android 5.0
Any help?
delete wrong answer
Google.
apparentlty xposed isn't compatible with Samsung phone using Android 5.0
Have you asked on the xposed forum ??
I'm also looking for a way to hide my root from specific application.
I already "googled" it as Dejan Sathanas suggest, and solutions like temporary disable root are not good for me.
Thanks,
Look for app Magisk for hide root

Search and you will find working Xposed. I had used Arter's Xposed version (number I forgot).
I used Xposed with 5.0 AryaMod (stock based ROM) for more than 1.5years.
And then install Rootcloak and things should be fine.

I tried this once. Magisk then systemless xposed, it only got me in boot loop. Have you tried it yourself?

Hi,
I tried searching for a working Xposed SDK framework for my S4 i9500 Exynos on Stock Indian 5.0.1 ROM. Can anyone please direct me to which framework to Install ?
Also, Is the stock ROM Odexed or Deodexed ? And Do I need a Deodexed ROM for Installing Xposed Framework.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811 Download Installer and Uninstaler.zip . First of all instal ALPHA APK, then boot in recovery and download flashable zip from https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-samsung-lollipop-t3113463
If you get stuck booting (samsung logo), then reset phone, get into recovery, flash uninstaler or Restore backup/Flash ROM again... depends how you backup yourself.
In my case, as soon as I flash ROM, i make xposed work, before instaling any app, if i get stuck, i flash ROM again...
Cheers

Tried this but this isn't working .. Maybe due to Deodexing requirement.
Do we have any other installer for Samsung Lollipop specifically ?
