1080p60 is what I get out of mine, however the issue is that the stock camera app about 40-50% of the time just refused to upload video to YouTube or any other social media at any higher quality than 420p.
I have to use Google Camera or Open Camera, however after applying the Pie update, it now uploads in 1080p30 most of the time. I have never gotten it to upload in 1080p60, which makes me doubt it records in 1080p60.

Video is not bad, the device supports 1080p and 4K recording. The video gets kinda shaky due the lack of OIS though

video - from what i have seen appears very "soft" in low light with a lack of detail.

there is still the issue of dodgy bars at the side of videos shot in 4k

There is a very bad lag with the video preview when you're shooting in anything over 1080p at 30fps. The footage you'll get has great quality, but the preview lag can affect your ability to shoot great footage.

I have noticed that the FHD video @60fps is quite soft, unfocused and looks like zoomed in 4K. Also, when I tried to use Open camera app, I have set it to FHD @60 FPS and got error message saying that framerate is not supported. Anyone else noticed that?

Not sure whether this counts as a video aspect but the phone sends insanely noisy video while using WhatsApp video calling feature with the selfie camera. There's little light going into the sensor as is and the camera makes up for it with a ton of noise. Haven't tried other services yet.
