Is it possible to port Cyanogen OS 13.1 to Oneplus TWO?

Now that we have official CyanogenMod 13 made by Grarak (download here), is it possibile to port CyanogenOS to OPT?
Or maybe convert CyanogenMod to CyanogenOS?

would like to downgrade from Oreo 8 to nougat?

Replaced motherboard and it came with Oreo 8. So I want. Downgrade to 7. if can't can I run a nougat Aosp based rom instead?

Does anyone have any news about android 13 Pixel Experience, I am tired of waiting for Oxygen OS 13
