We won't get VoLTE support from third party CM13 ROMs because they use Chinese 16s/17s as base which do not have kernel support for Indian 4G networks.
Best is to sell off this nightmare and move over to other developer friendly phones.

Can anybody tell me which custom rom recently supporting Native video calling (direct video calling via ViLTE) on our device ( MI A1)?
I found that in MIDO with havoc rom Vilte or direct video calling working fine.
