Idk how kernels work. is the stock kernel okay?
Did you use the device tree branch meant for CM12.0?
The cm-12.1 branch doesn't exist for huashan yet

Yes, this is where it starts. Then there is some other stuff that we need, but we will be there soon.
someone can port cyanogenmod 12.1 for our beast?
Some devs are working on it. Please wait because it isn't very easy and without kernel sources it's harder...
You can help asking to Mediatek the kernel sources

Yes, the source code of the kernel for the Helio X10. Without it it's hard to build a custom rom.
~ Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime ~
It's all hopes and dreams. MediaTek gives sources only if you pay couple of hundred thousand dollars which is actually illegal and goes against the GPL. And I don't think Xiaomi cares enough to confront them/pay them.

Not those source, the links that prove that someone is working on cm12.1 or cm13 for redmi note 2 ..
Yes, someone's working on CM based on 5.1.1. However, without sources, a lot of key things aren't working properly or at all.

there were security leak for the heliox10 but unfortunately our specific source code wasn t included! Be patient and give us the time necessary

I am skeptical whether all issues can be fixed without custom kernel, not to speak of improvements in battery :-/

I gave the 20151115 build a try. Very nice work so far. Fast and smooth. Much better than the current 5.0.2 builds of AOSP. Keep up the good work man, hopefully sources will come soon.

searching through the comments, no one complained about the camera performance, there are very few comments saying there are bugs with the camera, so i guess kernel sources are official for that phone.

At Jenaury i ve sended sources link to many rom\kernel devs. They said that they don't need that. I will download the rom, take the libs and make a zip just for try, but as devs said, it will not work.

Mmm.. libs seems to be different because they are compiled for different cpu. We need a true developer, im only an advanced user, sorry.

I will need someone who have device and uses stock and have root to get the defconfig so go to /proc/config.gz copy to sdcard and upload it
First we need a working twrp ?
@Alek Dev I can do that. I still have made some mods with kernel adiutor (on demand, entropy..etc) is it ok?

Someone to find where boot img is located? with root browser or disk info?
Maybe it's like this block=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/boot; or like this block=/dev/block/platform/soc/something-here/by-name/boot;
Find and tell me
