Something very strange happened to me today. My phone suddenly started to lose internal memory. I had about 77MB memory free and within a minute my memory filled completely and the phone was blocked and could not raised at all. Only after reboot and factory reset he has managed to raised. Since my daughter to play by the phone and opened web page at random if it is possible that this is a virus, given that I was missing internal memory for a few seconds and I did not strip from the net. My phone is rooted and after factory reset it remained rooted. A have created goldcard and i use mainfraim3 recovery !
What do you think, what can be a problem, why my phone was crashed ?
I advise you to flash the shipped ROM, and test if you have the same probem or not...
If you want to backup your phone, has it is, it's better you to flash Amon_RA recovery img, and make a full backup with it.
Hi All,
I have HTC Wizard with TNT os WM6.1
Few days back my memory card stoped working on my mobile and was working fine on my laptop. Thus I decided to format the card so that it will be working fine back.
For formating the card I wrongly selected the option as "Clear Storage" which actually got my mobile to go for a Hard Reset.
Now I lost my whole data stored in my mobile. Can anyone please help me to get my data back.
My Imp data was in MyDocument folder + Notes and contact.
Notes and My Document are very important.
Please help me.
Thanks in Advance.

Hey, did you find a solution?? :-O
:-(
Here's the solution!
I just spent 2 days trying out all kinds of data recovery software and techniques in an attempt to recover sensitive data from HTC Herald (T-mobile Wing) after a hard reset.
Here's what worked:
Raise Data Recovery - ufsexplorer.mobi
It looks like it was meant to recover deleted files, but I was able to recover most of the 'My Documents' files using it.
Data recover after reset
Hi
I have reset my mobile SAMSUNG GT-I9100
lost photos vedios
Can i recover my data please suggest
Thanx and advise
data recovery
you can easily recover data from any phone using a data recovery software. flash drives in these phone are no different then SSD drive. just make sure the software you are using is compatible with OD of your phone. Like for IPhone you need mac recovery tool but for all others windows recovery will work just fine.

Hello,
My phone was stolen a few days ago and reset. Luckily i found it, but i had backups of EasyMoney on it.
I just learned that LG decided to call the hard reset, a complete wipe. Although it is my fault i did not back up, i`m sure i might be able to recover one or more of the BAK files on the internal storage.
Any suggestions on how i could look for the BAK files?
You should be able to set a password for hard reset, so that it is not that easy for someone to ruin your day!
Thanks
p.s: I`m tech savvy. Although i did search for some recovery options, i did not have time to try them all.
If yourmethod works, i'll chip in 0.1BTC (http://bitcoin.com) (current BTC Price ~ 600$)

Sorry to hear. G2 has like 5 partitions - System, Data, Dalvik, Cache, Internal Storage. If they wiped the Internal Storage (Hard Reset?) there is no way of you getting your old files back. I don't know the reason why they are gonna do that. If you did have a custom recovery (TWRP,CWM) before the Hard Reset, you have at least the option to select which partition/s you want to wipe out. If your internal storage wasn't wiped out just try to search for apk files using a file explorer like this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop.
My wife has the ls980 and recently installed optimus de on it. Everything was great for over a week until this morning. The phone get very hot and froze. Upon loading back up it will not find any networks and it seems that the efs partition is corrupt as all of the device id numbers read 0. Then after a minute or two it will always lock and restart. I've tried to wipe and reinstall to make it run without restarting to get the pictures off of it, and it didn't help.
My main questions would be is would the efs being corrupt cause restarts, how would I fix the efs, and does flashing a back to stock file wipe the internal storage?
Hello XDA people! A year ago I rooted my phone and had no problems with it, then I lost my phone for half a year so I had to remote lock it. When I got my phone back I tried to get out of safe mode after booting, nothing seemed to work and after I tried to remove the pin code to make unlocking the phone easier the phone crashed and I couldn't boot it. I tried flashing System OS with download mode, it finally worked but I couldn't boot it. After I finally got into TWRP after flashing TWRP again nothing on the phone was mounted, I have tried earlier versions of TWRP but nothing is mounted and internal storage shows as 0MB, I do not care if what I have on the phone dissapears. Any help in this matter is appreciated, I need to boot the phone to System OS. Thanks XDA.
Best Regards

P.S. I can mount external SD cards with TWRP. Also I know a lot of people have asked this question but when I try their solutions like formatting the whole thing - it can't mount, and repair - can't mount, resize - can not mount. So please forgive me for posting this.
