Hello . I have a problem with my WAS-LX1. I unlocked the bootloader. I installed the TWRP red version from KingOfMezi. I wipe all the data exactly as in the video. I flashed Elemental V2. I chose the LX1 smell and the rest just like in the movie. I get the OK message. After my restart my phone restarts again, and after the second restart I go into android, I choose the wifi network and after about 1 minute it restarts again. After another minute restart. And so to the end. Right now I have the original WAS-LX1C432B204 software on it. can somebody help me please. :crying:
Elemental V2 ater B204
Do you think it does matter if I install Elemental V2 after B204 or after B182. I still wonder why the phone restarts at approximately 1 minute intervals. I want to abstain from those I do not know for sure, because I've been tired of how many times I've tried with harsh advice.

Hello, Newbie Here!
So I recently flashed the Resurrection Remix ROM Build 6.8 and Kernel 6.2.
The Build is rather stable and In my honest opinion better than CM12.1 which I was on previously.
So the normal functions of the phone are normal and I feel this is a much stable build. I use a ASUS Zenfone 5(ASUS_T00F)
But I face random reboots where the phone restarts itself and gets stuck at the boot. Only when i try to force reboot from the bootloop screen does the phone restart normally and even that takes three or four attempts. First I thought it was just getting used to the new Kernel then when this started occurring frequently I became more aware that this might just be a potential risk.
Today afternoon, My Phone was literally stuck at bootloop for 2 hours.... Only when I tried to do three-four manual forced reboots by pressing my power key and with each instance entering the TWRP mode and doing a dalvik and cache wipe only then was I able to boot up my phone normally.....It totally drained the battery though. I was at 78% and when my phone finally booted up I was shocked to see just 1% charge left.
Everytime this issue occurs...either the phone is completly stuck in bootloop or goes to the "Android is upgraing your apps" notification and then again comes back to the bootloop.
I have also done two fresh flashes before this as well so I know its got nothing to do with a dirty flash.
I then started googling for the same issue that other Zenfone 5 users might be experiencing but to my shock...No threads on it could be found with the issue that Im experiencing.
Pretty frustrated right now I have no clue what to do.
Donot want to go back to STOCK ROM..It sucks.
Please help Guys!
Hello.
You should try to format system and reinstall the rom + xposed. After that you can format data, cache, internal storage. I hope that it will help you.
And did you have this problem on CM12.1?

Yup. Tried all this.
Just format again and re flash rom with xposed it fixed my bootloop.
The solution is,
Go back to stock rom. ???
Can anyone tell me how to back stock ROM from resurrection remix???

Download latest firmware from Asus' Support Page. And flash it via adb sideload.
I m now on Stock Rom without any problems no screen freeze no bootloops ...
It sounds melodramatic but maybe someone else has encountered the same problem and can help.
I got my phone last week and used it for a couple hours before I decided to root and flash a custom ROM onto the phone. I didn't realize that the kernel had dmverity and proceeded to try and root my phone like any other phone.
I followed the usual steps in installing root for the first time. I used Odin to flash twrp onto the phone and proceeded to restart into recovery. I had forgotten to copy supersu to my phone before I restarted it and this is where my problems began. I swiped on the twrp page where it warns of dmverity but because I didn't transfer supersu I had to restart the phone and get it on. The problem being the phone was now stuck in a bootloop and I somehow managed to get supersu onto the memory and flashed it. I was able to boot into the rom but it was extremely unstable. I could work for maybe 5 minutes before the phone froze, got very hot, then shut down. It would go into a bootloop and succeed maybe 1/20 times, all the while the phone got very hot. I flashed a custom rom onto it and it kind of worked but would still freeze and restart every once in a while. I found the stock bootloader, rom, cp, csc, and flashed those. My phone is now stock everything but the crashes still occur frequently (basically every time I try to use it) and I'm at a total loss as to what to do.
I've rooted all of my phones since I got my S3 several years ago and I've never had a problem like this. Anyone know how I can fix this? My phone is model G935w8 so I know it has the exynos processor and rooting is possible, but I must've done something horribly wrong for it to be like this. Any help is appreciated.
Hi there,
I started this topic because I am out of options and I don't know what to do at this point.
My Phone is a XT1562 DualSim.
I recently flashed http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-play/development/rom-spetrum-mm-volte-t3462690 and I also installed "MODEM" (MPD24.107-70) from page 1, but not right away.
First I wiped everything expect "internal storage". The phone booted but it restarted during boot (which might be okay) but then it rebooted again during boot. The boot process finally finished and I got to the screen "Android is starting - Optimising app x of y." The phone rebooted even during that process and that is definitely not normal I think. So after a couple of reboots android did finally optimise all apps but the phone did still reboot withing the first 30 seconds after it was booted.
From here I did a lot of testing and doing. These are my findings:
- When I set phone to flight mode / airplane mode it does NOT reboot... Hurray!
- When I flash another ROM (Official CM 13, http://forum.xda-developers.com/mot...m-cyanogenmod-13-preview-moto-x-play-t3252255) the phone runs like a charm, NO reboots whatsoever.
- - But as soon as I flash gapps and the phone is booted, I get the reboots again (usually within the first 30 seconds).
- - Again setting the phone to flight mode prevents itself from rebooting.
- - Apparently it doesn't matter what version of gapps I flash. I even tested the light version (ARM, 6.0, Pico, from http://opengapps.org/). It still reboots. I also tried gapps mini and stock.
Oh and I don't think its MODEM (mentioned above) related, because I faced these problems already before I installed / updated the MODEM. Well I thought its MODEM related, that's why I went back to MODEM stock version MPD24.107-52 but that did't help either. I should mention that I am not sure if I had MPD24.107-52 installed originally but spetrum (the rom developer) pointed me to that version: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69129552
I also restored my working TWRP backup from an android I used for month and guess what, yep, reboots
brrrrr this is frustrating
I never experienced that before and frankly I am out of ideas.
Anything is welcome and appreciated
Thank you

Thanks I haven't done that.
To be clear, you mean firmware as in stock rom / factory image?
I always go back to flashing stock rom with rsdlite whenever things went wrong and I can't solve it by flashing small fixes.

I mean full stock firmware you flash with fastboot or RSD. Roms are usually only system + kernel, so not very helpful in your case
Guys! Good news. I did go back to stock firmware and from there to official CM13. Of course I had to root and install TWRP again but it was worth it.
I lost a few days spending my time with it but I'm glad its all good now thanks to you.
Okay Guys, Here is my problem,
I have a standard MOTO G4 and installed 9.0 Arrow ROM, it randomly started booting off etc. So i flashed my backup from stock rom (which has root and Xposed) and kept getting error 255, this wasnt successful, however i tried every single trick in the book and randomly made it work. The problem is, everytime I shut down my phone and want to start it again, I have to go to bootloader every single time, the power button takes me to TWRP. Can someone give me a solution or at least some feedback on what to do?
Thanks
Hello guys
I've recently upgradded my OnePLus 8Pro wtih OOS13 (IN2023_11_F.64: (IN2023_11.F.64_2640_202304111218), and I already regret it
Afer booting, it takes 2-3 minutes of up time and my hone reboots - I don't know why. I can't even drop stock firmware image to the phone, because it's resetting during copying
Can I re-flash the ROM again with fastboot or OrangeFox recovery safely? What's your advice?
I'm thinking of going back to OOS11 because I'm missing many faetures, like call recording, GPay (I'm rooted), but atm all I wish is stable phone
Any advice would be appriciated
Lucas
You could try MSM - but that will wipe all your data.
Not to be the bearer of bad news here, but I had the same thing happen on my 1st 8P last year, on OOS 11 without any recent changes or updates. First it started rebooting every few minutes, then it got stuck on the little green Android dude and wouldn't boot at all any more.
I used MSM and got it up and running again ... for about 10 minutes, then it started over with the rebooting.
I ended up selling it for parts/as is/broken because nothing I did got it back to normal, so it probably had some hardware issue.
I absolutely hope that's not the case for you, so maybe try MSM and see it that works
