The ones on APK mirror are for ARM64 devices, not ARM devices like the Moto g4+.

You might be confused with the last number.
ZUI 31.102 was released in October, ZUI 3.1.117 got released on 22nd Nov 2017. There is a beta 3.5 (Oreo) released to closed beta groups too mate.

The Lenovo update matrix page is still indicating no plan for further update of Z2 Plus from present 7.0
This could very well be market specific and limited to Chinese ZUK branded users only.

My lenevo zuk z1 got dead while using the cellphone.
Service centre executive have told to repair the motherboard for 4k ..
Any idea about to start the phone....
