Root p9 lite (bootloader unlocked) without a pc

Is there a way to root p9 lite without a PC. I no longer have access to a PC because my phone won't connect to any PC. But I managed to unlock bootloader. So is there anything? I tried framaroot and kingroot. and kingoroot
You need to install TWRP to root the phone, a computer is necessary..

ADB not recognized, but Fastboot works fine

Hi all...big help needed here. After successfully rooting my Mate 9 Pro L29, I had accidentally flashed a wrong .img which led to my device going into a bootloop. I was able to re-flash my stock rom and return it back to normal. Bootloader is unlocked and USB debug works. Now I can't root my device through twrp adb sideload bcuz for some reason, it fails to be recognized by my computer. Fastboot works fine, I can reboot the bootloader and flash imgs, but when I boot into adb, my pc says the device has malfunctioned. This happened to two other computers...so it has to be the unit itself that is missing something.
I have a Mate 7, Honor 8, P9 and P10 and they all work fine on ADB and Fastboot, except my Mate 9 Pro.
Any help to get adb working please!!
***Update: Flashed wrong TWRP...got adb working again on v3.0.3

ZTE Axon 7 Mini [B2017G] Rooting

Hey,
I've a problem.
I've tried to root an old device from me since a few days (ZTE Axon 7 Mini (Build: ZTE B2017GV1.2.0B16)) but it didn't work.
It seems like I have no fastboot and I can't flash any fastboot img in EDL mode with any tool that I found.
Example: With MiFlash I get Can't receive hello packet and with axon7tool it says that the device is not with the COM4 port connected but at the same time it is.
I hope you guys can help me.

Is there an up-to-date way to unlock the bootloader via Linux ?

I have a Xiaomi Redmi note 7 and I want to unlock the bootloader, however the custom tool on linux to do so (XiaoMiTool V2) is no longer updated and doesn't work.
I have yet to try to install a windows VM and install unlocking tools there but if there is an easier solution I'm all for it
