Hello Guys, sometimes when i am trying to install app into my Trinity i got a Error message like: You don´t have the right Certificate for this app...
So is it normall or need i to get some file to put into my Device?!
that is normal for all not certified program.
just click on ignore and install the app...
so easy?? Well let`s try and thx a lot
well the massge is like: Impossible to install the applicationwhile you have not the digital sign with true certificate....
And there is no IGNORE options

I bought radio named ATOP 6200, I can't find any firmware to this HU, I have problem with preinstalled application to setup vehicle like steering etc. when I tried to open it, it crashed. Everything starts when I do factory reset, now i wanna try to reinstall whole firmware. Any solutions or maybe some infomations about this HU? Product code on aliexpress: 724844928. Try desistalar one VXP and I reset the smartwatch appears the animation start but then the screen goes black and the phone is still on. Someone happened to him? Do you know if the KW18 has a physical button "FACTORY RESET"?

Hi, I have the same problem , my Kw18 have black screen face after installing a new face watch ... I don't know how Can I reboot , i take off all files, also the mrv file, so i think that why it doesn't work ? What Can i do please ?

i had the same problem , just connect your watch with usb to a PC and wait until the watch shows mass usb storage connection.Try several time to connect and disconect. Then reload the watch face with mediatek and es file explorer that you were deleted.Atention you must reload on appmanager file on your phone all three files , vxp, png and xml.My problem vas by installing only vxp file. That works for me.

Thanks for your answer. I can connect with pc but doesn't success.., finally I take off all files , tried to re install on my phone. but now i've got problem with reinstalling fundo wear apk. I tried with an another phone but i't the same probleme, no picture on my watch, only the beginning screen...
Also, my phone request an answer /code from watch for connecting to bluetooth , but I can't because of the blue screen ...
I don't know what to do
I take off the battery but it's also the same problem.
I contact the seller in order to have files to reset the watch...
Somebody know how to flash please ?

Hello partners. I have the same problem than you. In several posts other users tell how to solve the problem without flashing the watch, but does not work in my Kw18 smartwatch. Now, I am waiting the answer of two users that could have that firmware: Arturo _234 and Ilkatrin. I am also waiting the answer of Dealextreme, the site where I bought the watch, and Shenzen Technologies. I do not think that they respond, but I am going to wait a week. If I have not any solution, I guess I will try to get the No1 G3, because I have the firmware of this gadget. Luck!.

Hey guys. Thanks to user Golem_ and other users, my KW18 is still alive!!!. If you could not restore your watch without flashing it, here is the flashing mode to achieve it:
1. The KW18 firmware is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_hRh3DjuBoeY1ZSR0ZzUWVOc2M (kingwear kw18 dingoland).
2. The tools to fix it are here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_hRh3DjuBoeeUk3azBBU0ZvSXc/view

I follow the steps and my KW18 smartwatch is working again !! the seller try tochelp me but his files doesn't works and with yours it was very easy , Thanks a lot and thank to this forum sorry for my english

on point 7 I just have 3 files , in the picture there are 6 files ,
if i go on , the programm gives out : " Failed to enumerate a certain COM port ! "

I have the same problem with my smartwatch KW18, when i turn it on it shows black screen, then the message Complete then no App Found, and it remains on the black screen :/
I tried to go through the reset process, but i'm stuck at step 6 and 7 :/ after installing the driver, i can't seem to find where is the file config_mtk.cfg to load it on the flash tool, i searched all over my computer for the file but i didn't find on what corner of the computer it installed the drivers, by the way i'm on Windows 10...pls help me asap

thanks i follow the step my watch alive again, need to tap many time the charger until it detect, then it works like charm, one thing i notice the sensor motion was not correct, what i do was getting the official kw18 firmware and its works like usual again. thanks again and to golem as well
